I would give a ZERO but tht wasn't an option. I went to this BK today at 3 mins till lunch. I asked for a 4 piece kids meal wth sprite. the mgr said they were not ready for lunch. tht their broiler was being cleaned. tht it would be another 15 mins. I was goin to get a burger but decided to go elsewhere. we had to stop at the window because they had someone pulled up. while there I decided to just get the kids meal. so I honked the horn an got them to the window. I said tht I would take the kids meal. the girl said tht he was the mgr tht whtever he said. so I asked to speak to him. wen he came over I asked him for the kids meal. then he said the fryers were down. tht they were bein cleaned. I asked "all at the same time? tht if he needed to b trained on how to b a mgr, I could help him." becuse I've been an asst or gm for 20 yrs. he turned he's nose at me. this store had turned around from bein the worst customer service fast food store in town, but now wth this management, it is right back to bein the worst!!!!. I will NEVER go back as long as he is there. he doesn't deserve tht position or even a job dealing wth people. this mgr deserves to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! I would be so embarrassed an ashamed to say I worked at this place. I had got some coupons n the mail for here but dang sure am not using them now. I'm putting them in the trash right where this store is!!! PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER PLACE IN MINDEN OTHER...

McDONALD'S had vehicles lined up from the(3) windows to the parking lot, and down Homer Road-Burger King had NONE. I ordered a ham, egg, cheese Croissan'wich meal with coffee. I was informed there was no coffee or tea (remember-this was at breakfast) I could order a soda. The wait was about 8 minutes(again, no one in line but me). The sandwich AND the hash browns were completely cold. The sandwich was smashed on 1 side from the middle to the outer edge and the croissant broken. Threw the COLD sandwich and hash browns away. Complete waste of money and time. I should have lined up with everyone else...

I returned to have the order remade, and the employee with green dreadlocks did not offer any apology instead she was rude and extremely unprofessional. When I received the remake, the ranch was missing. After asking for it, I was told that I needed to pay for the ranch—even though I wasn’t charged for it originally. If cost is an issue, please ensure that your staff is properly trained to inform customers about any additional charges for condiments.
