After a dozen visits, I've finally decided to say my piece about this establishment. They never have the flavor they're known for (Black Hills Gold). I assume it's to trick customers into coming in so they can rotate all their other flavors, when folk ultimately go, 'Well, we're already here. May as well get something'. I do not find it acceptable to be out of something that you're known for. If you want to try BHG just go to Kowalski's, because that's the only place they can apparently keep it stocked at. What would be most logical is to drop the less popular flavors and stock more of the one that you're known for, but...
Read moreGreat product, bad staff... went there last Saturday, I think it was the first day of their season (love this place, we were waiting so bad for them to reopen), and a young girl there with a not so nice attitude, maybe because she was the only one helping there but the place was not busy at all... I mean, you don't have to be super nice or treat everyone as royals but if you are the face of customer service at any industry, a certain level of empathy is expected.
