Please help me to understand what the issue is with getting what I order the first time around especially when using the app? It is has been almost every other order I place via the app that I run into an issue with either NOT having my complete order the first go around or I wait an unappreciated wait time. And no, 5 minutes or even 10 with a long line. There are literally NO other cars in drive through.
Im sick and tired of having to constantly review my order before having an associate walk away and it not be right. Then I wait EVEN MORE or have to go inside to fix what ever the issue is. The issue that YOU ALL KEEP MAKING. Do you not see the exact food placed on multiple screens and yet I am deemed unreasonable when I have to ask for the correction.
This is getting aggravating and quite frankly stupid. Where is the benefit of using the app? Where is the efficiency? Something needs to get done.
On the most recent visit. That being on Wednesday July 17th, around 8:30 I placed my food order as I normally do. I choose the curbside parking for pickup and so I wait. Not too long. Maybe between 5-10 minutes. But alas, MISSING FOOD. So i drive BACK through the drive thru only to be told to wait at the second window. Which i do. ANOTHER 5-10 minutes with no one coming to give me my order. So then i walk in and have to AGAIN repeat what i need. No remorse, no immediate help, just stares. I get a barely appropriate sorry at the end of it and quite frankly thats not enough. I want my money back for this recent inconvenience as it is not the first. Do better and maybe I wouldn't have to complain. Over simply just giving me exactly what i order the first time.

Read moreMy wife and I were in a hurry home and decided to hit this newish McDonalds' drive thru rather than go into the Publix behind it thinking that we would save time getting home.
There was one car in front of us in the drive thru and no cars at the windows when we pulled around the building. It took almost 20 minutes for the car in front of us to get there order, which consisted of a medium sized bag and a happy meal. It took us another 12 minutes to get our food. This was our order:
2 QP w/ cheese 2 medium fries Medium sprite 6 piece nuggets
At 26 dollars, we paid twice what we would have paid for two delicious and fresh 12 inch subs from Publix made however we want.
So riddle me this, Mickey D's: I I can get tastier, higher quality food at half of the price in half of the time, why are you here again? Why is it called fast food? Why didn't such a long wait at least warrant an apology or any acknowledgement?
Save your time. Save your money. Eat better. All you have to be willing to do is to all a few hundred steps in and out of the Publix grocery...
Read moreI ordered on the app and went through the drive through to pick up my order. It was breakfast 10am. I ordered a steak and egg bagel No cheese extra onions extra breakfast sauce. I got a steak egg bagel with extra chese, no onions no breakfast sauce. The package sticker said no cheese extra onions extra breakfast sauce but the box the sandwhich came in said extra cheese no onions no breakfast sauce. I go inside and ask them to fix it and they tell me i probably got a wrong sandwich meant for someone else. I stand there and wait for 20 minutes and nothing so i ask them again if they know whats going on with my sandwhich. They tell me they are making the steak. I wait another 10 minutes when they give me the replacement sandwhich i look in the box and its the same extra cheese, no onions, no breakfast sauce. At this point i have somewhere to be so i just leave. 30 minutes wait and still the wrong food. They where not even busy. Going back to the mcdonalds in colonial for now maybe because they are new they dont know what they are...
