The prices here are getting ridiculously high and the service is getting worse. We recently visited, we placed an order for a bacon double cheeseburger plain, fish filet sandwich plain with cheese, nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, and a Big Mac meal. Whilst in the store we noted that priority for service seemed to be directed at the drivethrough leaving lobby service slow. After a 20-minute wait, we received our order all crammed into one bag so full that it could not be folded at the top leaving the food exposed . We got home and discovered the bacon double cheeseburger was not plain it in fact seemed to have more sauce than usual, the fish sandwich also was not plain and was cold. The sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets was missing. The big Mac meal was ok but was swimming with sauce. I called and spoke with Dillon the duty manager who offered to replace the meal . Given that would involve me driving back I declined, he then offered to refund me if I went back to the store the following day. He noted our details and assured me he would make the situation ok. We visited the store this morning only to be told by a female manager that they would in fact not be offering the refund , instead they would remake the meal. The meal they messed up was for people no longer being hosted by us so remaking it would be a total waste of time. Not only was our meal ruined the agreed solution was not auctioned and the alternative solution offered was not appropriate. The customer care in this situation was extremely poor. Along with this review, I will be making a complaint to corporate because the customer care policies Macdonalds prides itself on were not being practiced here and given that I'm a former manager of Macdonald I am acutely aware of how things should be done. We won't be using this branch again but we sincerely hope the management team get their act together and begin to prioritize customer care this store has the potential...

I went to order my food and I had to repeat my order several times.. on top of the lady who took my order was very rude and had an attitude the whole time. Didn’t tell me my total and told me to move to the window. No one in the line had direction and no one greeted us at the first window. Told us finally after 10 MIN of waiting to go to the second window. No signs nothing. Finally I move forward. I had also ordered fudge in my Oreo McFlurry that I always get . The girl told me she put in my ice cream and it melted… I can literally see there’s none in there and you charge me extra for it. When I told her to please add it she took it out of my hand with force and was so upset with me that her manager had to hand me the food. Half way through they didn’t even realized I didn’t even pay! Didn’t give me my receipt when I asked and I also re ordered my food at the second window after them telling me it wasn’t rung in! when I just ordered it 15 min of waiting…. I also order a McDouble with NO onion. I check it before I left and there was still onion on it. Not one apology . Nothing they did was nothing but disrespect. I also asked for higher up managements info and refused that too. Later to find out I was charged twice ! For the same exact order that they told me they never rung in ??? Learn to have respect. Management will be fired. After today I will be getting corporate involved. And i will be putting on the clermont page . Un acceptable also have my card for bout 5 min. Read moreI went to this McDonald and I go there at least 2-3 times a week. So much that the cashier recognizes me. I always order the same menu, becuz that is only wat I can order. A fish meal.And shakes. I have 2 kiddos, 4 yr old and a 1 yr old. My 4 yr old asked me for the toy, that comes with the happy meal. Unfortunately he can’t eat beef or chicken due to religious reasons; therefore, I can’t order the happy meal. I kindly asked the cashier if my son can have a toy. She smiles and nicely said yes. Let them know at the next window. When I got to the next window, the girl called her mgr. and the manager said No. they can’t give my 4 yr old the toy. I will have to buy it separately. I was very surprised of her reply. I spend more money than the happy meal. I give them business at least 2/3 times a week, still she said that. I m really ashamed of this big company McDonald, who will actually treat their regular customers like that. It’s like if I ordered a happy meal, I get the toy for free. But if I can’t eat the happy meal and I m spending more money on. Fish combo and shakes then I can’t have the toy. Even though it’s due to religious reasons.
