Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Minnetonka

If I could , I would give NO star. Every time I go to this Caribou they do something and than justify it. One time I had a free upgrade and she told me I could not use it and could not tell me why. Today I went there against my better judgement and ordered a mint mocha w/ milk chocolate. She gave me a peppermint mocha. When I said something to her she said its the same thing just with peppermint on top. I want chocolate mint. For 5$ a cup for a small one at that, I should be able to get what I wanted. Not what you fixed. I ordered right. The cashier was wrong. Instead of her making me what i wanted, she gone give me what she made. NEVER...
