Iâve ordered a rocking chair from their amish gallery. This was in August. So far I had 3 Different days it was supposed to be here. Each time I called the guy answers and says he will follow up and call me back. He never calls me back, not once. Think he just wants me off the phone. Itâs now December, my chair still hasnât come in. They donât want to do anything for wasting my time, no gift card or a hat or anything but a âI donât care about you toneâ and a promise theyâll follow up and call me back. Guess my number one complaint is that I keep getting told another date and that theyâll call. They never call. Now I called back this last time just before thanksgiving and the guy doesnât know where it is and has nothing for me( also doesnât sound like he cares one bit). Iâd never order through this place again, i hope no one does, very bad customer service and very bad experience.
I did call today a nice lady answered this time. She sounds better but again another promise to call me back.
Feel like they just took my money and I wonât be getting a chair.
Also the baby was born and we still have no rocking chair for her baby room.
Update 01-02-20: the store manager was informed of this review, he took great concern and personally delivered the chair. He apologized and assured me that if he was only told the matter could have been handled with more haste. He was upset himself for not knowing about this situation and took control of everything. He was really great. They compensated me for the troubles and Iâm sure their store employees will know to keep him informed better. I bet theyâre all working pretty hard today.    Read moreBought a pair of Ariat steel toe boots because I owned a pair previously and loved them. Wore them on my 19 day hitch and got major blisters on both my heels. Of course I didnât bring my old boots with me so just dealt with it. Put on liquid bandage and gauge. Tried them next hitch after blisters went away and only blistered on left heel so threw them in my closet for 3-4 months. Got them out yesterday and thought Iâd try one more time. That was when I realized the right boot was the correct size 9EE but the left boot was 11 1/2. Two different sizes!!! Took them into store In Minot. After they found the transaction they said they would do nothing bout it cuz it had been 5 months. I recognize that I should have probably checked size myself but also see the store has fault as well. After arguing with them and asking to talk to the Store Manager, who wouldnât even talk to me, they asked me to leave the store!!! Wow!!! 2 months of blisters and $150.00 boots sold wrong size and the Manager wouldnât even talk to me... Never doing business there again. I work in oilfield and am going to make sure everyone I come in contact with (a lot of people) knows exactly what kind of customer service Home of Economy Minot has..... none... Store manager wonât even talk to his disgruntled customers!!
Review update... After I sent this review to the Corporate Office, I got an Email from the CEO, within 30 minutes, voicing his displeasure of how things went down for me at the Minot store. After talking to the Operations Manager on the phone within another 30 minutes, I was offered to exchange the boots for new ones. Wow... now thatâs customer service at its best!!!
