Me and my husband recently went to this location. We decided to go inside for once because we had a little time to spare. At first they we're all very friendly. My husband got up to use the bathroom and I accidentally spilled coffee on myself. A worker witnessed it along with a few other and she proceeded to go up to another worker and told her what happened and very loudly I might add, than contiuing to make it worse she laughed so loudly along with the other workers. Now also take into mind that I am 7 months pregnant with a very big belly I might add. Instead of being considerate and offering me help, they humiliated me, and made me feel horrible. My coffee was very hot and spilled all over my belly and burned part of my stomach. When my husband came out of the bathroom they stopped laughing and pretended they did nothing wrong. My husband asked what was wrong and I only told him that I spilled coffee, when he asked for a wet rag to clean up the coffee, the same girl who commented and make a big deal out of my spilling coffee on myself gave him a rag and acted like she didn't do anything wrong. When we got out to the car I told my husband what happened and he called. The manager apologized for what happened and offered us free coffees if we we're to come back. Personally free coffee isn't going to fix or make me feel better about being humiliated in public especially while being 7 months pregnant. When we went to get the coffee the next day the manager herself (kaylie) didn't apologize herself and give us the coffee herself. The worker who handed us the coffee was the ONLY worker who didn't laugh or think it was funny the day before, was the one to give us our coffee and apologize for the way his co-workers acted and treated me and proceeded to tell us that should have never happened and unfortunately not all his co-workers could be as nice or professional about situations like that and that it should have never happened. So thanks to him for being so nice and not joining in at poking fun at me, but as to everyone else who was apart of this situation, I seriously hope they take a good look at themselves and what it means to work in the customer service industry and how they should treat people, and not only feel bad about the way they acted only when they got caught or found out I was pregnant. I would hope in any situation similar to this, the staff would offer to help any other customer, pregnant or not if they were to spill coffee. That alone is embarrassing enough for anyone in this situation, but to be made fun of and humiliated purposefully to make themseves feel better about it is...
Read moreThe cashier walked to another counter before finishing my order, another employee came over 30 seconds after to help. I received my tasty drink fast. I stayed to do some paperwork, and asked for a water shortly into my stay. The table I sat at was unstable, would rock diagonally. It caused my water cup to fall and spill. When I notified the employees and walked away, I could hear them say "some lady spilled her water" and other indistinct comments. The woman who mopped the water was nice. I asked her if she was wanting to move the table I could definitely sit elsewhere, she said no, that she'd just get the main spillage. Then, a different lady came to clean the table. She asked me "can you move your stuff so I can wipe your table" and began wiping immediately. I said sure and started gathering my items. Not many seconds passed before she said "this too" referring to my drink and water cup. I had only just picked up my papers and cell phone. I said "yes, because that is part of 'my stuff'" and she then grabbed my drink and placed it on the opposite side of the small table, as if I wasn't in the process of removing my items. I decided to leave before anyone's (including my own) feelings were hurt. The atmosphere was happy, the employees were somewhat rude, and the Frappuccino with added shots was great. Overall, I will skip this location in the future. I've had much better service at the caribou stores...
Read moreI'm a regular but in the last few weeks I haven't been able to get what I want because their not able to keep adequate stock of coconut milk. Yes I'm aware that they have soy and almond it is not the same when it comes to flavor/texture they add where coconut milk does neither. I'm not sure if its delivery issues or management issues but customer service has been lacking. Employees taking orders should be familiar with what the store has don't wait for me to get to window to tell me and make me feel quick like order something because your holding up the line. Keep in mind this was after ordering second option not getting coffee at all smh. On top of that no one cared.....period. I'm lactose intolerant and I love my coffee. Its how I start my morning. If someone else in the area carried coconut milk I wouldn't be visiting this store. Also for a long while they have been skimping on toppers and sleeves 95% of the time I have to ask for it. I left unhappy today but Starbucks online...
