Today was our first experience at this Arbyâs location - and I have no intention of returning to it. When you walk in, it looks nice and new. But the service and cleanliness we got was not on the same level. Ordering our food was frustrating as the person taking our order was not welcoming and just kept mumbling so low we had to ask him to repeat everything he said. It took roughly 10 minutes to get our food, and we ate inside - which I quickly regretted as I noticed not a single table in the place was actually clean. We were the only people in the place, and they hadnât even been open for 45 minutes - so I assume they were left dirty from the day before. The trash can in the bathroom was also full already - so I assume from not being taken out the night prior.
We also saw the manager drop someoneâs fries on the counter, pick them up and put them back in the bag to take out to the drive through customer instead of giving them new ones. While the 5 second rule is generally considered fine by most in their own home - it hits different in a public space in which you have already seen signs of uncleanliness all around you.
On the bright side - there was an employee cleaning off all the tables by the time we left. Apparently he was late for work this morning - or so we heard while sitting there anyways. It happens, idk the circumstances - not judging that. But the place shouldâve already been clean from the night before...
Read moreThis place literally deserves no stars OK. Go to the one in LOCUST itâs worth the drive. However, for the first time in eight months, we decided to stop here because I literally just had surgery downtown for my cancer. I was starving. Wanted a French dip. We set in line for 20 minutes to be told that they just ran out of roast beef. Couldnât really get out of the line anyway because we were so packed in and stuck. They knew darn well they didnât have enough roast beef to put on a French dip sandwich. You have to know that you canât serve a line of cars out your parking lot that have been sitting for 20-30 minutes. They didnât even come out there to the cars and tell people this they just leave you sitting in line so they can tell you when you get to the window. Pure freaking laziness I wish I could get paid $20 an hour to do absolutely nothing. I promise I will never ever ever go to another Arbyâs except for my one in LOCUST because even when those people have a bad day, they smile at you instead of giving you attitude. I mean, they even had an attitude when they took the order. Roast beef is literally the only thing you sell come on people. You have to know that you donât have enough to serve a dinner...
Read moreVisited the Albermrle Rd store today, went inside for a take out order. Tara I believe the young lady name was that took my order.
I ordered (4) meals for my family and I, two of the items were milkshakes. Tara decided to make the milkshakes first (there were two orders I front of my order still waiting on their meals). This means nothing but melted milkshakes.
I asked to substitute two of the drinks for milkshakes. Well, Tara charged me individually for the milkshakes instead of the dollar extra. She totally forgot to add one of my meals to the order, and had the audacity to have a little attitude after I returns to the counter addressig this issue.
I left the store finally with my order (or so I thought). I had to return because Tara forgot my drink for one of the meals.
I must give it to the manager, because she was doing everyone job including her own. She ripped and ran back and forth from drive-thru to front counter.
The problem was all of the staff (other than the manager) were all teenagers who all didn't have any sense of urgency. The just wondered around as if...
