I was in a hurry at 130pm. Drive thru was empty and why I stopped here. Placed order, super basic QP combo and paid (ridiculous pricing btw)...all good up to there. Within 30 seconds at the food window she immediately told me to pull up again cause the food wasn't ready, there's a 3rd window. I nodded, pulled up and then waited 10 mins and saw them serve 6 cars behind me that all got their food and 1 app customer they walked food out to, while nobody ever came to the 3rd window. This is unacceptable. Was it cause I didn't smile when you told me to pull up? I could have complained that my experience with McDonalds in general is that when they tell me to pull up I get forgotten about EVERY TIME (cold food, stupid long waits or confusion), but I held my tongue. This time tho I actually felt profiled; it was just too weird and seemed quite purposeful. White guy with short hair and a beard, big truck that's not even mine, with German Shepard stickers and military stickers, again, not mine. If this seems shocking or invalid, as it may be, then consider the impact of basic decency and basic customer service...you can never know where other people are at or who they are, so best to play it safe and literally just do the job and treat people like humans. This particular encounter gave me super weird and bad vibes. I never felt that at any other locations, 500 times driving MY little Mazda3 hatchback. I had no choice but to drive away furious, and ended up paying $11 for a sweet tea...worth it just to get away from this place and never look back. It's now a total boycott for me. It's just not worth my time and not worth the terrible feelings I got...and the sad thing is I was excited to eat here. Never again. Judge books, not covers, or better yet, just...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. The owner of this location should FIRE all of his staff working tonight (1/20/24). I used the app to order 2 McFlurries. I tell the lady in the drive thru that I have a mobile order, so she says ok & me to pull around. The first window was closed, happy meal boxes blocked the window. We waited in line, get to the 2nd window & the guy tells me the total to pay, so I told him I paid in the app with my mobile order. He proceeds to tell us that the order was cancelled because the ice cream machine isn’t working. We ask for a refund (he’s now relaying the message to someone inside). They say I should’ve been refunded in the app. My phone clearly showed the order & no refund pending. They must’ve realized we weren’t stupid, so they decide to now make the ice cream, but want us to pull forward. We refused to pull forward & told them we wanted the refund instead. Some little girl with an attitude thought she was going to change our minds in pulling forward. Again, we declined & told her how absurd this was. She said it wasn’t their fault, so when we told her that they could see the order & proceeded to tell us to go to the window instead of saying the machine was broken; she said she “wasn’t dealing with the attitude.” We waited & waited - finally they refund us via cash. As the original guy is handing the money back, a child (maybe child labor laws should be looked into here?) is waiving, thinking he’s funny. He then runs his mouth to us about the whole situation, HA! That’s exactly why you work...
Read more3 Stars for ONE REASON. The employees here are amazing. Pure respect to all of those determined workers. My experience is mostly based on night shift which has amazing helpful workers, except ONE. Aracelli, A night shift manager, is and has been horrible from the jump. This woman has always been a inconvenience more than any type of benefit. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Many of times I've been met by persistent ignoring and attitude from this individual. I've witnessed this worker (Aracelli) walk by and ignore people wanting to order, as well as pulling multiple coworkers to the side, pointing fingers and negatively speaking about customers and some boys who were ordering food. (This has been a persistent issue and needs the attention of management ASAP. It was truly disheartening to see and hear the foul inconsiderate words of this woman worker. I felt compelled to make something right of this, so I ordered the boys some food. The same boys the worker was apparently not fond of. The boys were very thankful for the help. When she saw me give the boys their orders, her facial expression was very heated agitated and bothered. A look of pure disapproval. The look she gives me makes me not want to visit this location anymore. Only reason I continue to do so is that this location is closest in my area. Besides this one worker, The night shift employees are above and beyond. I hope this one manager does not pull apart or bring down the awesome crew which would thrive...
