I came to this location to enjoy a sandwich as I usually love these sandwiches. But after today, I must say I will never come back to this location again. The energy is extremely low. The staff that were on site were extremely bitter. One particularly, a short caucasian lady with a nose ring, tattoos and glasses was distasteful and hostile. My family and I ordered food, and as she’s preparing the food she begins to show signs of annoyance. We asked if everything was okay with her and she proceeded to huff and puff about not being able to “remove lettuce and tomatoes” from a sandwich? That alone is just ridiculous. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order due to the fact that I did not even feel safe to eat the sandwich that she would be preparing. We asked to speak to management and the same man that witnessed this woman’s hostility towards my family and I told us that HE’S the manager… that’s when I knew there was no hope in complaining to him as he just sat there and watched AND heard everything that was going on. Lol, it gets better though…. so, I then walk up to the counter and ask the manager himself if he could provide me with the franchise owner’s contact information. I can’t even make this up, he said “Kelly doesn’t like to give out his information because then he starts to get too many calls”………. yup. So, Kelly if you read this, please try to really pay attention to who you hire as this was a terrible, very unsafe experience for my family and I.

Read moreCame in to eat with my family. I ordered an 8” sandwich for my kids who wanted to share a Turkey Tom. I asked the cashier if I could have the sandwich split in half and have one half with no lettuce and tomato. He was ok with it. Once he passed the order to the girl with the nose ring, glasses and tattoo on her neck, she looked UPSET. I started acting confused and annoyed. I asked her if everything was ok. She then replied: “We’re not supposed to do that”. I was baffled by her comment. So you want me to force my kid to eat the extra ingredients just because…? At some point, she was making a new tuna mix and she would hit the machine soooo hard that it made loud noises. We told the guy about it but he was sorry and walked away. Honestly, he looked terrified of her too. When we requested a corporate email or contact of where we could send a complaint, he told us that he didn’t want to give out that number because “the guy” gets too many calls😱 Such nonsense. Read moreThis is only one star because that the lowest it goes... Absolutely terrible experience with this Jimmy Johns, and Jimmy Johns is usually one of my favorite place to eat. Two delivery drivers that apparently can't use google maps to follow an address or a pin, and they even had a chance to make the sandwich in person when I went up there to get it because the driver couldn't find the building for an hour and a half. But then they told me the new driver just left and they will be able to find it...??? They should have just remade the sandwich when i was standing there instead of playing this stupid game. And the fact that you don't have your uber drivers phone number when they are delivering for you is idiotic at best. Unbelievably poor customer service. I wil be following up for a refund with either corporate or area manager in the morning because they still haven't refunded it...
