McDonald's — Restaurant in Miramar

This was comically bad. It felt like an SNL skit for the worst drive-thru experience. I laughed the whole time it was real life sketch comedy inspired. We went at 9pm and waited over an hour in a drive-thru for 2 sandwiches a fry and a coke haha. It blew my mind.

Luckily the food wasn't for me, otherwise I would've been very very annoyed lol. The other review with the order clock timer is def on to something because what he described is exactly how it happened.

2 drive-thru order screens, asked everybody to pull up to the pay window to order. Waited about 35min to order with only 4 cars in front of us. Ordered, young guy was very nice. I asked how long it would take because we talked about driving away multiple times as soon as I could squeeze out of line. He said he would have them start the food even before we were finished ordering and ran off. Came back a minute later to get the rest of our order. Pulled forward to pickup and they asked us to pull forward to the stop sign and he would bring it right out to us "hot and fresh, so sorry for the wait. We're short staffed today. So sorry. " So he was the manager, guy with braces nice dude. We pulled forward and waited 15 minutes lol.

My passenger (the one who wanted the food) asked that I go check inside. I did and 2 employees walked by me after 5 minutes at the counter, neither wanted to look at me. Then I said hi excuse me (politely because I was not hangry and was actually laughing because I was surprised at how bad the service was). I waited there for another 15 minutes while 5 different employees came up and looked at the receipt, talked to each other, stood around, pulled out a bag, set it down, looked inside it, put a sandwich in it, took it out, walked away again, walked back, looked in the bag, walked away, came back, looked inside, looked at me, walked away, talked to each other, looked in the bag again, at me again and walked away and finally the manager with braces hit a button and radioed to have the order made lol.

I was super surprised because he had absolutely no idea that we were waiting for our order outside where he said he would bring it out. I was shocked and slightly annoyed but honestly couldn't stop laughing to myself. I've had tons of terrible experiences but this one was a first. There were like 5 or 6 employees I counted. None were in any kind of hurry to do anything, all kinda walking in slow motion. None were rude, which was cool. None knew what was going on and none cared enough to find out. They didn't seem to care one way or the other and they all def had short attention spans and none could multitask or even remember what they were doing.

I mean, I watched them look in the same bag about 3x each after standing around and staring at the bag lol. I was just super surprised because it felt like an SNL skit it was so bad haha. Really reminded me why I don't eat at McDonalds any more. The food is actually terrible and the service is even worse. On the flip side, I think this is exactly the kind of thing that would drive other people actually bonkers. I'm saying like, violently crazy. Make the wrong person come in with a lethal intention after going through this on the wrong day.

Idk if I'm getting old, but I swear they just don't make employees like they used to. And fast food had always been a low bar. If you read this and are still going to order here, good luck....

Thief’s! Be careful with this store they always take more points and they have to take usually double the points of the product you are getting with the points also, have you seen the window the drive-through window it couldn’t be any dirtier I think that would be OK in a store where they sell car tires or furniture but in a restaurant? Where people work to make the food that we eat someone should call the health department on them, if that is in the window that you can see it, I can imagine the kitchen must be so dirty. It makes me want to gag for a long time. I have been unhappy with this, but today was the top of the iceberg. I was treated very rudely. They even threatened to call the police on me because I reclaim my missing points now is that a reason to call a cop on a customer I lived in 7 different states and I purchased McDonald’s at one of those states for 53 years and never ever ever hurt such thing on top of being rude on top of being wrong they did not apologize they just said what do you want me to do I’m gonna call the cops on you incredible they waste the time and such stupid thing? I left, but I know karma never forgets an address “ever. “ I called corporate office, but I know they are not gonna do anything who would’ve thought Sears would close who would’ve thought RadioShack would close when you have no customer service and you treat the customer like that you end up closing honey don’t think you’re above everyone else, you’re not above...

Very upset with the service of the workers in this location. Writing this review because it is my second incident with the workers from this same location. The first time I went, the worker was very rude and had a lot of attitude when asked if he could share the password so I could access my Mcdonalds Reward App, according to him “it was too complicated” so I couldn’t get my reward since I didn’t have access to it. So there is false advertisement when the sign outside says “Free WIFI” but then the workers think it is too complicated to share the info. And now the second time I went, one of their workers didn’t even greet me when taking my order and after I made my first order, I wanted to make a second purchase, she said “to wait”, left and then never came back and sent another worker. When I get my two orders, I asked if I could get some sweet and sour sauce and the same worker from earlier with the attitude only gives me ONE, and when I ask for more she leaves and sends another person to get it for me. Afterwards when I open my Double Cheeseburger I encounter this other situation where my PATTY is on top of the bottom of the bread, like what?! (The pictures are attached). Also there was 0 napkins, so I was unable to clean my hands due to the lack of supply. It is so frustrating and upsetting. Never...
