McDonald's — Restaurant in Miramar

I came here with my twin 6 year old boys after school, along with my wife and mother, and we waited for over an hour for our order. We normally use the drive thru, but the line was so ridiculous that we chose to go inside.

Not only was our order forgotten, but when I walked back up to the register, I saw our bags of food had been sitting there for a while. We got our food and it was cold. The fresh fries we've come to love we're cold and hard.

I asked the supervisor at the time, "Could I please have fresh fries due to the extensive wait?" I handed back our 2 large fries. After a few minutes, I got the fries back, and they were the EXACT same fries put in the same oily container I had just handed back.

I'm a chef, I know what re-dropped food tastes and feels like, and these fries were not edible and disgusting. I tried to get the managers attention, but I had to wait another 15 minutes.

I asked him for FRESH fries, and he proceeded to laugh, claiming the fires were fresh. I let him know I was a chef and knew they were just the same fries dipped back in the oil to make hot. That's when this man laughed at me and questioned the legitimacy of me being a chef. I started to get upset.

I broke the fry in half in front of him and showed him how dry and terrible the fries he handed me back were, and he decided to snatch the fries from me, and throw them in the garbage. Then he made me watch him drop fresh fries in the fryer. Once I received them nice and hot, all of our food was cold, and I was in a terrible mood.

Also, every employee in there acted like they couldn't understand English, which made talking to them and trying to get a manager to come and speak to me IMPOSSIBLE.

All in all, I've NEVER spent over an hour getting a few sandwiches, some nuggets, and fries. I felt unheard and discriminated against, and I will not be returning to...

This is one of the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever stepped foot in. The bathrooms were so gross that I picked up my 3 year old because I didn't even want his shoes to touch the floor. There was a woman employee in there with a dry mop pushing it around saying "people are so foul", talking about the state of the bathroom but not actually doing anything about it. There was a man outside walking around harassing people to let him borrow a phone and then coming in and walking around the restaurant. I guess that's acceptable to the staff? The menu was half "unavailable" including only offering kids chicken nugget meals, no burgers meals, though the exact same burger they use for a kids meal is available on the regular menu. Asked to sub the extra fries instead of apples in a kids meal to be told "we don't do that" (though the girl I asked did put 2 fries in the kids meal even after saying she wouldn't, so thanks I guess). Sat down to eat and immediately regretted it because the whole time we were sitting there, we were swatting away gnats. Not to mention as I was waiting for our food, a different woman making sandwiches was standing in the food prep area playing on her phone with her gloves on and then put her phone down and started making food again without changing her gloves.

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting and we will never go back. The bar is really low for this chain to begin with, but this location really...

Fustrating experience for just a simple order. I ordered a hotcakes and sausage meal along with a vanilla late, when i pulled up to the window a mature older woman with a lousy attitude first asked me what was my order then began to ask for the reciept. i gave her the reciept and she gave me my order. i was taking this to work which is only around a 10 minute drive on a early sunday morningso i made sure to shut off the Air conditioner so my food does'nt get cold. when i get to my office i realized that the hotcakes were'nt so hot. in fact the edges were ice cold as if it was in the freezer and they did not warm them up properly. also the vanilla latte ended up being regular black watered down American coffee. i't was extremely disappointing because i did not get what i paid for and by the time i got to work and noticed the order was wrong and cold by that time its impossible to turn back and fix the order. My only reccomendation to everyone that goes to this McDonald's establishment, #1 avoid that location because when i drove down 4 lights there was another one. #2 check and inspect your order to make sure you got what you paid for. I'm not sure what personal problems that older woman has, maybe she's the manager and the person giving the food at the same time or she's going through allot of personal problems in life. But still its not fair for customers to go through this...
