Let me start off by stating that I work as a server in a restaurant, and I understand that mistakes happen. I'm usually pretty forgiving, and I rarely feel like complaining.
With that being said, our experience at this Wendy's location was rather awful. We had to wait in the drive-in line for about 15 to 20 minutes just for our order to be taken, with an additional 10 minutes for us to receive our food at the window. At first I had thought, "Maybe they're just understaffed." Normally, I wouldn't wait that long for fast food, but as hungry as we were with the scarce amount of options in the area at 1 A.M., we decided to stick it out. Well, we finally got to the window and we didn't receive any apology for the wait. The girl at the window was joking around with one her coworkers, so obviously there wasn't any pressure from the amount of people outside waiting for food. If you have time to make jokes with the other staff, you have time to be productive.
So, we got our food, which was wrong. My boyfriend ordered a burger with fries, and he had to ask for the fries because they forgot to put it in the bag. I ordered nuggets with fries and a water, and I had to ask for my water because she forgot that as well. We also had to ask for the receipt. Anyways, my boyfriend and I made sure to review the whole order before we left the window, but I guess we didn't do it well enough... My boyfriend took out his burger which instead turned out to be a fish sandwich! Absolutely ridiculous. Our food honestly tasted like it was sitting out for 20 minutes.
Usually I enjoy Wendy's, but I advise other people to stay away from this location. Management needs to get...
Read moreThe staff at 10900 Pembroke Rd, FL 33025 has to be the laziest, unqualified, under trained and ill-equipped individuals to work at any Wendy's. They take extremely long on the cook time, the meat is smaller than I have ever seen. They rarely get the order correct and never provide a receipt, even when asked. They continue to say their machine doesn't work. Either the owner needs to get rid of that entire staff to include morning and night shift or it's probably best to just shut it down. Sadly, they may upset the wrong individual who doesn't know how to handle their disappointment. Please hire an entire new staff for that location or find someone who can. This last episode with only 1 car in the drive-thru and no one in the lobby. I decided to go inside. I waited , asked if someone could take my order and they didn't flinched. I asked for the supervisor, who later walked out like she just got out of bed and had no worries. I was so frustrated. They still didn't take my order, so I got her name and left. Share your experience. Someone may actually do something. However, it may also take a while before someone realizes that a...
Read moreHorrific Experience – Served Raw Chicken!
I had an absolutely horrific experience at this Wendy’s location. I ordered chicken sandwich and to my shock and disgust, the chicken was completely raw in the middle. This is unacceptable and a serious health hazard. Consuming undercooked poultry can cause severe foodborne illness, and the fact that this was served to me shows a complete lack of care for customer safety.
To make matters worse, I immediately brought this to the attention of management, and they were completely dismissive. I even reached out to corporate, expecting them to take this seriously, and all they did was offer me $25 gift card!
This experience was traumatizing, and I am genuinely considering taking legal action. I expect immediate corrective action, and I strongly urge anyone considering eating here to think twice. If this is how they handle food and customer complaints, what other health violations are happening behind the scenes? Absolutely disgraceful.
STAY AWAY!
I will also be reporting this to the Florida...
