The establishment was nice however I ordered a mild patty and was given a spicy day I continued to bite into it. I found a yellow scotch bonnet pepper. I couldn’t continue to eat it as I do not eat very spicy foods. Spoke to the manager and wasn’t willing to switch it out. I dead eat about a 3rd before biting into the pepper but couldn’t continue as it got progressively spicier. Showed the manager the patty with the peppers and still no exchange. They also suggested adding avocados to balance the spice of a mild patty. 1 I have eaten authentic Jamaican patties from other places Dutch pot golden crust. That was definitely a spicy. The patty had a scotch bonnet pepper which the mild ones should not have a scotch bonnet pepper. I asked if their patties have identifiers to show which patty is spicy or mild she replied no. So there is a good chance to confuse them on their part. The hibiscus juice was very watered down. The coke from the fountain was not on par with McDonald’s chick fila or others. I’m so happy Juici Patties opened right here in my neighborhood in Miramar! From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The staff is not only professional and efficient but truly friendly. You can really tell the owner put care into training the team, because whether she’s on-site or not, the place runs like a well-oiled machine. That level of consistency is rare and so appreciated!

Of course, let's talk about the patties!! Yall! They are are top tier... exactly what you’d expect from the Juici Patti franchise. But I have to shout out the veggie patties in particular. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I love that there’s a flavorful, satisfying option for me. I often order the 12-pack and I literally have to fight off the meat eaters from stealing them!

It’s more than just great food, it’s great vibes, great service, and a welcome addition to the community. I am so glad they are here in Miramar!
