This is and has been my favorite Starbucks in the Mishawaka area to visit, I like the convenience of the drive thru, and this location to me has the best tasting coffee and my drinks are usually pretty good and made exactly how I like them. However, three times now I have placed a mobile order, twice on my way into work (I work midnights so grabbing coffee and/or food before work can be a huge hassle already) and today after picking my son up from school, I pull up to find out something I ordered on the mobile app is not in stock. Why am I allowed to order it in the app, they accept my money, and then I get there to find out they don't have the specific item I want or order?! Twice before it was a food item, and today they were out of coconut milk. Not just for one of my drinks, but for both! I'm sorry but if you are going to be a company that offers food and drink as your main source of profit, why wouldn't you be backstocked on items you know you will need for order fulfillments? And why couldn't someone run out and grab more coconut milk, even from a local store, on a day when you offer such a big special that you know you will be busy and see you are getting low? They did offer $4 gift cards but that still doesn't make up for the fact I had to substitute for a milk that always upsets my stomach when mixed with their drinks. It's becoming too much of a hassle to have to order and then sit there and try to figure out what to replace with items I preordered when it's becoming all too common that I show up and they are out of items I have selected...

I almost always leave there pretty satisfied with the service and the product. But today I am so disappointed.. it almost seems like an employee made a grande instead of a Venti like I ordered and instead of making more it looks like they just filled my cup up with whipped cream, and I barely taste any caramel, even though I paid for an extra pump of it. These drinks are way too expensive to not be getting what you pay for. The girls that work morning shift are always so great and make my drink worth the price. I never have a problem in the morning, but Iāve been going there After work in the afternoons sometimes and my experiences have not been as great, but today is the worst and I am just so disappointed. We go back into the store and kindly ask them if they could remake it because it was watery. The barista took our drinks poured them into the shaker, added more ice and gave them back. Not fixing them at all. We kindly ask them again if they could make the refresher again, this time telling them we want more strawberry base and lemonade so the refresher has flavor and is a darker shade of pink. This time they remake it but with no lemonade after making it twice before with lemonade. They were rude and blunt.
