I love this place and I've never had a complain about it either in all my years but today was just plain dumb what they did. Today at 1:45pm I called the store to place an order.They took my order and they told me we close at 2 I said "no worries I'm on my way" I live 10-12m away. I arrived at 2:05. I let the girl know I was picking up an order she ask if i had payed already I said no. She proceeds to go get another employee ( i don't know if the manager ) they come out and she tells me " sorry we are closed " I said I know im just here to pick up an order , she said yes but we are closed. I said, I called ahead and you literally took my order. Why take it if you aren't going to sell to me even tho I called ahead. She said we are close, I waited for you and never came. It was literally like 2:08 by the time we were talking she didn't wait for me she closed the registers exactly at 2 didn't even give me time. I asked her why even bother taking an order if you aren't going to respect it yes I got here after 2 but i called also it wasn't like I arrived 20-30m after closing time it was literally 5m. It was the only thing I was going to eat I've been busy all morning and I'm barley having free time to go eat so thanks to them not wanting to sell me I haven't eaten all day. She only told me ,sorry we are closed, I can't sell you anything. And I waited for you ( thing that she didn't since it was only 2:05pm. Waiting is like 10m before you close all registers. Because i love it I'll give it a 3 star but service was 100%...

I always order online 10 minutes ahead of 1 bagel and sometimes 1 regular coffee, that's all. When I come, there are about 5 bagged orders just laying on the back table ready to be served but need to be prepared or whatever, understandable. My turn, I ask for my order. The person behind the counter would take a quick glance over the 5 bags and said "yours is coming soon, we will call you when it is ready".
After 10 minutes or until there is basically only me stands there waiting, I walk over to the counter again and ask. Oh, my order is there among the 5 bags the whole darn time. Why nobody notices there is a bag on the table and a customer stands there for 10 minutes including 2 minutes all by himself?
Maybe use a number system instead of name so it would easier to identify orders, or a screen showing which order is ready. Anyways, the food...
   Read moreI ordered a sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese with a cup of coffee. I ordered on the app, and for some reason my coffee didnât go through. It was a free promo coffee that theyâve been doing for a couple years now. This has happened to me before and they usually just give me the cup and donât give me a hard time. Unfortunately at this location, the gentleman behind the counter came up to me while I was talking to the other two employees, interrupted, and almost demanded for them not to give me a cup. After some arguing, he finally gave me the cup, but it was completely unnecessary and low class. On top of that my bagel was not toasted but I just decided to leave because I didnât want to deal with these people anymore. A horrible experience on your 30 minute lunch break. I wont be coming back to this location. What happened to customer service? Why are you employing aggressive men to work with people? Einstein must really want...
