I was invited by my ex bf at this bar. I usually don't go to bars. The waitress was acting rude right from the beginning because I asked for a mock cocktail but she gave me juice as the option. Through my stay there, the waitress would pass by the bar and give me a mean look? My bf was so drunk and disrespectful. Security didn't handle it very well. Staff got the situation wrong. Why would they come between personal matters? My ex tried to hurt me by following another female guest to her table and other stuff. I tried to conversate with the ex bf in the loud environment and about his disrespect towards me. I had to speak loud to be heard because of loud music. I was upset about some lies and preferred the truth. But I also just wanted to have a voice or be heard before I leave. Security Gary came and acted like he had to protect the drunk person. For what? For me talking (no cussing involved)? The lady at the bar who explained she was the manager and another security even stalked us from far away. All I did was babysitting a drunk person. I ended up not talking much to him anymore. My ex and I were in the parking lot. I just helped him load his gifts I brought him into the car as he wanted. He threw up, too. He even wanted me to go with him but I politely declined. I didn't speak much with him as he did what he wanted. Staff was still stalking and did nothing but just judging.
The staff got the situation wrong and misjudged me. Why can't they stick with providing good and kind service instead thinking they know people's personal matters? Anyway, bad service, especially from the bar lady or manager. Gary was...

UPDATED REVIEW Patsy's used to be a hidden gem, but my recent experience has changed my view. On my last visit, I encountered a bartender whose behavior was overtly racist—something you would hope not to find anywhere, let alone in the OC. The bartender, an older chunky white lady who seems to have had her fair share of cigarettes, failed to provide the great atmosphere that Patsy's was known for. My intention here isn't to be humorous or rude, but to accurately describe the bartender. I've enjoyed this place on multiple occasions over the past 15 years, but after last month, I can't see myself returning until there are significant changes in the staff and their approach to service. I highly suggest reconsidering your visit until...
