unprofessional and extremely expensive. you can find just as good if not better for a WAY better price. don’t let social media fool you. found this place because my boyfriends roommates girlfriend told me she’s seen it all over her page and i live in another state so i took their word for it and saw it had all these pictures and videos so i made an appointment for the first week i was coming to california. Well, since i did that AI likes to listen so i started getting ads and what not and seeing their posts on my feed. so i started digging and what i found i did not like. i ended up getting my hair dyed in florida before i flew out for the month and it looked amazing. i got a bleach and tone a treatment a haircut and partial highlights all for $200 with 0 damage to my hair and free take home mini products. This salon loves to make unprofessional comments to hundreds of people on their social media account and basically shaming the people that are claiming they are nurses and make what one session costs at their salon their months salary. People that complain about the price they will forward them the link for the classes they take to provide their services and tell the person that if they want to pay for the classes instead here’s the link. like what? no one told you to become a specialized hair stylist. no one told you to pay $600 for a class that’s on youtube. However, i understand that things are expensive for everyone and stylists need to rent out their space but this is a business and whoever runs your social media accounts represents your business and they are very unprofessional and literally deterred me away from your salon. If you you want your lovely, long hair hair chopped and layered like weird, unfeminine straw pieces, this is the place to go.

I discussed with Lisa, several times that I wanted my layers to be cut no more than 2” difference between the shortest and longest pieces with a blended cut.

Instead I received a 5-6” difference in length with chop, chop chunks of hair. Ugly! The opposite of what I asked for! Even after I communicated clearly and confirmed my request several times with the “stylist” the mistake was made.

When diplomatically communicating with Lisa my utter disappointment of my chopped hair, there was no culpability for her brazen mistake. Nor did the salon owner reach out to me with a heartfelt apology. Oh yes, I received the haircut refund that I requested several times, but this was measly after a mistake that can’t be “fixed.” There was no offer to provide a refund for the hair coloring as a small token to me for their big error.

My hair doesn’t grow quickly, so the “mistake” requires a year of hair growth to be remedied. Wow. I guess “Rebel” has a new meaning—do whatever you feel as a stylist regardless of the client’s clearly...
