Ordered 5 pizzas at noon and scheduled the pickup between 4:30-4:45 later that day. A family member stopped to get the pizzas at 4:50 and staff related there was no such order. I called by phone and spoke to an employee. Not satisfied with “I don’t know what to tell you” I asked to speak with the manager. After being on hold nearly 5 mins the employee informed me that the manager said they were too busy to come to the phone. I told him that was unacceptable and he hung up on me. I drove to the store and received basically the same service and excuse that the manager, who I could see said she wasn’t gonna talk to me because she was too busy. After informing her I would come to where she was in the back to discuss, did she then come forward.    Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this location. Although I was a paying customer, I was informed that restrooms were not available for use by anyone. While I understand the need for certain policies, it seems unreasonable to deny restroom access to customers who are actively supporting the business.
Additionally, when I requested napkins, I was told that none were available because they did not arrive on the delivery truck. This left me with the impression that basic necessities for customers are not being prioritized, possibly as a cost-cutting measure.
As someone who visits this location frequently, I was very discouraged by this experience. I hope management will address these issues so that future visits better reflect the standards of service and hospitality that customers should be...
   Read moreI placed an order on the app. Immediately after the order was placed, I received a phone call informing me that my order would not be completed because the delivery time was too long and they would be closed before then. I asked what my options were (I was willing to come and pick up my order) and was informed that the store would be closing in 5 minutes. The employee offered to have my order canceled. I agreed to that due to lack of other options. I wish the app would not have let me place the order if there was no option to have it completed. I definitely would not have placed an order had I known it was so close to closing time. There may need to be a cut off time for the app services that is before the actual store closing time to alleviate this situation from happening to...
