Smallcakes Madison — Restaurant in Mississippi

This is literally the sweetest gift! Came into the shop yesterday to see this sitting in the back room, Stephanie Nicole Ryan Efstratiou had dropped off some cupcakes from Smallcakes Madison ! She raves about these cupcakes and I rarely get to come out that way, so this was such a nice gesture.

Love at first bite, I can see what the rave was about! The cake was so moist and fluffy, the frosting was smooth and not grainy one bit. From what we can taste out (from top left to right) there were red velvet, chocolate, wedding cake, reeses peanut butter, and oreo. I LOVED the wedding cake (I think that's what it was), the sprinkles looks like a lot, but it wasn't! It didn't take away from the frosting and cake itself.

I was having a bit of a day yesterday and decided that I wanted a sweet treat to lift my spirits so I did a little googling to find a bakery near my job. Let me tell you, I am soooooo happy I came across this business! The service was super friendly! They gave me the wholesome small family business vibe and it was beyond endearing. There were so many delicious items to choose from. I originally came just for a couple of cupcakes but after seeing everything quickly changed my order to a dozen! Every single flavor was delicious! I shared with family and friends and we could not get over how moist and delicious they were! Even the little were like this is amazing and we know how children can be the toughest critics! Took the kids for a treat while waiting for our Wayback order. Menu said $3.25 for loaded brownies so I ordered one of every loaded kind. The attendant rung them up at $5.99ea. I reminded her of what I had and she checked the order board and the system and said yea that’s wrong let me get help. She went and got another lady (presumably the manager) who came out peeked and the screen, said yes that’s right and scurried off in the back. The attendant didnt know what to say or do. The lady left her unsupported which was not fair to her or me. I knew it wasn’t her fault but legally if you advertise at that price, you have to sell it at that price.
