Gave this location multiple chances, and they’ve failed each time. If you are allergic to any of their basic toppings please find somewhere else to go. 1st visit I ordered no mushrooms. Got home, bit into the sandwich, BOOM mushrooms. I literally spent the next day calling this location and the Lakeland location a million times. I finally spoke with the Northpark location and was given the name to the area manager.
I spoke with Greg Thomas, who tbh, didnt give one single care. He was more concerned with telling me how hard it was finding people to fill positions (as to why no one answered the phone) instead of addressing the neglect of his works. Each time I order and say no mushrooms I make sure to say that I am allergic. He didn’t seem to care about my allergic reaction. His final words were “does your receipt say no mushrooms” and “I will give you a call back after lunch”. Since then no call back. I have also filed and online compliant which was sent to another member of management, still nothing. Corporate was not at all concerned and only fed bs.
I decided to visit the location one last time. This night there were 4 employees there and only me in the line. I specifically asked for no mushrooms again and BOOM…pulled down to check and it had mushrooms. This time I was able to swoop around and have it remade. To my surprise I got home and was given another sandwich with mushrooms. I contact corporate again who only said that are in contact with the managers.
This place is trashhhhhh. In my honest opinion I think after 8p meat is premade and set to the side because there is no way you can see no mushrooms on a ticket AND STILL PUT THEM ON! It’s a lack of care for the health of your customers.
I won’t even get on the stake fries and running out of menu items! As of today I have yet to hear from anyone. Sadly, I won’t be a patron of this...
Read moreDo not, i repeat, do not eat at this place. The staff is rude and extremely unfriendly and have no idea what customer service stands for. I was treated horribly there. I don’t know why the acting manager found the need to argue with me about the sign they posted which i stated have implications of certain offers that they were not offering. He proceeded to attempt to disprove my statement and I just dismissed it all together and ordered food. The young man who attended the grill was nice. But the one on fries was nasty and became angry after i asked him to change his gloves before touching my food, since he had touched a screen that everyone in the store had touched before attempting to touch my food. He began throwing things and was visibly upset. He then beat the fry basket against the fryer very loudly, i guess to exhibit his frustration and then refused to finish making my food. So the young man on the grill stepped over and finished my food politely. I also asked for lemonade before the incident and i was told they were out. After i fixed my drink and while the incident occurred they brought out lemonade that tasteted as if it had soured. I’ve contacted corporate and was assured the owner would contact me and he has not. As such, I’m writing this unnecessarily lengthy statement of my experience to warn others. If you work hard and don’t want to waste your money DO NOT EAT HERE. Read moreThis location has horrible customer service! The door is always locked. They blame the customer when they mess up the order. I sent my son to the Madison, MS location. I was on the phone with him and we ordered 2 hambroaia salads. When he got to the window he was given sandwiches. They told him they were making the order over but to keep the sandwiches. When he made it home he has 1 bowl of lettuce cheese and tomatoes not a remade Hambrosia salad like he ordered. I know he ordered it right because I was on the phone giving him the order. I called up there and a girl answered and told me there was nothing they could do about it. The she said well you can come tomorrow because we about to close. They are not scheduled to close for another 30 minutes. I asked her name and she hung up on me. I called back several times and she picked up and hung up again. I finally got the shift leader and he proceeded to tell me he ordered wrong and I told him no because I was on the phone telling him the order. They really need some customer service training at this location. It’s always a problem. They have the door locked and you can only go thru the drive thru just like tonight.
