Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Missoula

Just went in to Baskin Robbins off brooks. Ordered a banana split, it took the ladies about 10 minutes to find the boat to make it in. After finally finding the boat the lady messed up my order 3 separate times adding the wrong ice cream, adding oreos instead of cookie dough, and completely disregarding the whip cream nuts and cherry even after I asked for them. She rolled her eyes at me when I tried to get her to fix the first mistake and then wouldnt even try to fix the other mistakes. The entire time they are trying to find the boats and "attempting" to make my order my girlfriend's ice cream was melting in her hand because of how long it took and she couldn't eat it with a mask on. After waiting so long for it I don't even want to eat the ice cream because of how badly it was messed up and how bad the service was. Overall...

We bought our visiting daughter-in-law a personalized ice cream cake for her 30th birthday, and it was absolutely God-awful! The underlying chocolate cake was bone dry and as hard as concrete. In an effort to improve it, we thawed it at room temperature for almost an hour before serving, almost to the point where the ice cream was mush, and the cake portion was still terrible! This cake had all the signs of being freezer-burned from weeks (if not months!) in a freezer somewhere, and then sold to us on the sly, as if 'fresh'. And the thing is, the cake itself was ridiculously expensive. I don't like being duped out of $30-$35, and consequently, we will NEVER go back to this place or to their product. Bye-bye 31-Flavors! This location advertises sundaes that are, what a customer would expect: a full sundae. But after ordering 3 different times, they send them out half full. I called and asked about this today and the employee said “well, the photos show it whip cream so it looks like more”. I told her no, that’s not how the layered sundaes are advertised- no whip at all. She then admitted they use a kid sized scoop so that’s why they are only 1/2 full. If you want to pay 13.00+ for a huge plastic cup that only has 2 kids sized scoops That leave 2/3 of the cup empty & actively participates in false advertising the this is your place.
