Perfect coffee stop as we went to cruise around town! We had a very brief wait before we could order and the gal at the window, unfortunately did not catch her name, was incredibly kind. Great customer service. I ordered an americano without cream and when I got a latte instead, she corrected it without issue. The americano was delicious—I’m sure the latte was too! When they burned our shots and we asked them to make them again and explained why the tow baristas working the window laughed about it and then did the EXACT same thing and burned the shots again. They had to make the drinks three times. They did not apologize, and did nothing to make up for their poor quality product and rude behavior. Sadly, I tipped before the drinks were made, I do regret that, they did not deserve the tip. Unlikely that we will ever visit Copper Mountain...

i’m so sad to write this, as i usually love this place. but when i called and no one took my complaint seriously, i decided to tell the public. i got an iced coffee from this location, as i often to, and there was glass in my coffee. it cut the roof of my mouth, i’m not even sure there wasn’t other pieces i did drink. upon calling, the girl said “i think i see what you’re talking about” and hung up. will not go back and you probably...
