Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Missoula

I’ve been here a few times and haven’t had any issues. Today was an entirely different store. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and I know it can be taxing. But seeing 5-7 kids in the back nonchalantly working, no sense of urgency, in full view of a line of customers, it’s perturbing to say the least. Not to mention seeing a safe member grab a box from their stores, throw it on the ground, turn it over with her foot by stepping on the box, proceed to literally throw bags of cheese in the cooler at her station, it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. She also filled her her bin after handling the box without washing her hands, emptied one bag, then put another bag of cheese on top of the loose cheese in the bin as if there’s no potential contaminants on the outside of the bag. No regard for safety.

The gentlemen working the till was disparaging the other staff mainly pointing out the lack of work ethic from the rest of the staff. I honestly don’t blame him. I’d be frustrated in his position.

Not only that but I picked up a hot’n’ready extra most bestest, got home and it’s a regular pepperoni. Not that big of a deal even with the price difference. But the outer crust was stale. Nor was it very hot, only marginally warm. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a pizza left over from the day before. I don’t think I’ll be...

Absolutely terrible service we called are order in at 8 I showed up at 8:25 asked if are order was ready and that the name was Thomas they said they have nothing under Thomas so we assumed we called the other little Caesar’s so we drove 15 minutes across town to that little Caesar’s they said they haven’t had a call in more then to hours but she was more then happy to let us get what they had in the heaters. We called the first little Caesar’s and told them are order was through them and we told them what it was they said oh we put Conner instead of Thomas. Those names are not even close but ok so we headed back to the pizza place it’s was about 9:02 the employees were rude and when we asked for a discount for making us drive back and forth they said we can’t do that as the other boys in the back were talking about us he then handed us are order and we reminded him that we had 2 wings he went to the back grabbed us one set of wings. I have a good feeling they messed up the name on purpose so they could take are order home with them and eat the wings in the back...

I stopped in tonight at 8:40p.m. to get all the kids at my house having to sleepover pizzas, because Domino's gave my recent Pizza order away to somebody else And instead of waiting, I came to little Caesar's big mistake. I asked for hot and ready's. They had one Pizza, 1 breadstick, I said, well, can you make pizzas. They said, uh, we're getting ready to close. We already turned off our grills. Now you tell me what part of 9 o'clock do they not get. They wouldn't let me order pizzas I couldn't get pizzas. Besides the 1hot and ready one Pizza, they had and 1 breadstick to take home to my kids. You Shouldn't advertise 9 o'clock as your closing time If you're refusing to make pizzas for a customer at 8:40pm You have turned a regular at least once a week Customer into a no comeback after this. Im completely disappointed and quite honestly felt very disrespected, by the way...
