McDonald's — Restaurant in Missoula

This MCdonalds tends to be the one I go to if I do go. The employees do their job, to an extent. Dont expect the same face here twice (they go through employees quickly.) I order a decent amount of food and most of the times the order is incorrect. If you get a couple things your fine. The store is mostly maintained and stocked and the parking lot is kept in order. They will fix your order and work with you to make it right.

Dont expect much from this store anymore. I'm not sure if its the new management, but if you call this store dont expect them to pick up at all. Dont expect your order to be made right or with a little decency. I'm tired of getting a hamburger that uses two bottom buns. Oh and why is the ketchup outside of the burger, I thought it was meant to go on it. But hey, I dont make the burgers, so guess I'm wrong. You will most likely wait in a 20 minute line just to get nuggets that taste like they have been sitting in a warmer for 10 hours. The fries are iffy most of the time and you should either expect fries with a pound of salt, or fries with no salt and most likely cold. If your order is messed up there is no way to reach the store for refund/re order. Expect to have to go bang on their drive through window if you need anything, and even then goodluck! The number they have listed for corporate doesnt work.... and if you want to do anything you HAVE to call corporate office, which I will promptly do after this review. This store is a joke, this business is a scam, and the management Will refuse to...

I have dealt with this On location Liberty lane and the other three locations around Missoula very frequently because I have three kids That don’t like many fast food places plus work all over town and it’s one place that I can order from all the locations I work at with Uber Eats. When I order for my husband or myself it’s usually a sandwich that comes with A quarter Patty which we both like to be well done, unless you specifically asked them to make it well done it does not come well done. When ordering from Uber eats I have not found an option to request it to be cooked well done so I have to call every time I place an Order to tell them. This might make me sound lazy or unhealthy but in the last month alone I have ate at McDonald’s at least once a day five days out of the week While at work so I have to call McDonald’s Each of those times to tell them I want the quarter patties to be well done. Sounds pretty simple right But unfortunately every time I have called any of the four locations no one ever answers the phone, and I have tried calling 20 times and still no answer. What kind of business especially a food business Like a restaurant doesn’t answer their phone! I’m sorry but this is absolutely insane and extremely frustrating and makes me want to never go to any...

Tonight i placed a curbside pickup order after work, i arrived at mcdonald’s and pulled into spot #4 and checked in at 9:40pm. 5 minutes go by. 10 minutes go by. 15 minutes go by. 20 minutes hit and i’m irratated. i understand being busy but seriously? i get out of my car to try to go inside and see if i can grab it and the doors are locked so im standing on the side trying to get the dude at the windows attention. it takes a second but i finally get his attention and tell him ive been waiting 20 minutes for my food and told him my name and he looke horrified and told me he’d check on it. they bring me my food out and i got cold food, not even luke warm. my soda isn’t even full all the way.

usually i wouldn’t care except for the fact im a type 1 diabetic and did insulin for my food when i arrived thinking it would be 5-10 minutes max. my blood sugars started going low to the point when i got out of my car i couldn’t feel my legs (one of my symptoms)
