I saw the sign for Fresh Huckleberry Smoothie while was stuck in traffic. Half through my 10 hour drive. I was super excited! She even said they could fill my 32oz tumbler! Then a bomb hit. While I was waiting for change I thought I better taste it. She asked how it was. Uuummmm gross. NO HUCKLEBERRY AT ALL !!!! The after taste was milk. Gross. It was a milk milkshake. I kindly said there was no huckleberry flavor and it tasted like milk. She just said "I'm sorry" and stared at me. Uummm.....ok...no offer to add flavor or remake it or refund me 9.25 back. I wasn't sure what to do because I don't like causing waves. So I drove away. While at the gas station I grabbed a nesquick strawberry milk and stirred it in. Thank goodnesss!!!! I love this coffee shop and have been coming here for some time now. For some reason though today all of a sudden they can’t scan my mobile app or give me my free drink? I never have this problem with the girls in the morning time but today June 10th around 2:40 she said they can’t accept or scan the mobile app and that I have to have a physical Florence coffee card so I was unable to get my free drink. I was just there yesterday and they had no problem scanning the app or using it. I would like a manager or someone to please reach out to me if possible so that way I can figure out if I need to get a completely new coffee card because I lost mine in order to get my free drink or if I’m still able to use the app? Wow! Just wow! They went to a new gift card system and replaced the stamp cards they have been using for years and years. And though they state right on their website, even to this day, "they are not eliminating stamp cards, they are just changing them to plastic reusable cards", they will not honor any existing cards you have - other than an offensive 50 cents off your drink. My cards were worth over $5.00 before this change and the fact they are not honoring them any longer says a lot about THEIR loyalty to their previously loyal customers.
