Subway — Restaurant in Missoula

Customers here are so rude (a good chunk of you). Seriously, I’ve been in a few times the past couple of weeks and man, I’ve got to say some of you grown adults need to learn to treat people better (especially to those who are literally providing a service for you). I treat the staff here with respect and kindness and they do the same. I’ve only had great service here and some of these reviews make me wonder how great of a customer some of you were to the staff before you left a review (you probably weren’t). Customer service was great but the sandwich was terrible… subway your prices went up and quality down, shame on you. This is too expensive to be serving sandwiches on bread the size of Olive Garden breadsticks. Shame shame shame. Subway used to be a decently priced place with pretty okay food. Now it’s just dry and unbearable, not to mention that price. For 2 below mediocre sandwiches I definitely cannot recommend justifying the amount of money for that low of quality. 2 sandwiches for 25$ if outrageous!! Normally this place is ok. Today however when I went to get a sub I couldn’t find the employees. Other customers told me they were outside smoking. Sure enough I found both employees outside and not paying any attention to the store. One was a young kid and another was a larger gentleman with a beanie. I hope that this can be corrected as I find it unprofessional for a customer to have to call in the staff from their “smoke break” I came in at 2:00 today for anyone who wants to look at the employee schedule and talk to those...
