I love florence coffee, Ive never gone to the one on north reserve but love the people I've bought coffee from but I have NEVER encountered the terrible customer service I had today. June 2nd 10am. The gal treated us like we were a complete inconvenience to her and we were the only ones there. After we got our coffee I gave her my money and turned around to grab my coffee card. She had already shut the window and then refused to add the punches to my card. She said I was too late. The coffee is terrible. Had the best Huckleberry smoothie! You have a lot of options when it comes to the ingredients like milk, there soy options for those who have lactose problems. As for pricing it was ridiculously cheap for a specialty item. They also have lots of other coffee flavors I wish I had the chance to try. The girl working there took and completed a different order AFTER starting to prepare ours. Then she finished ours left them by the window and proceeded to take another order from the other window before finally finishing with us, and only after we called out twice.
