Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

Stopped by tonight to grab a quick dinner ended up making our own food at home waste of 30 bucks. I’m posting this review here due to the BK survey system being down. We ordered a impossible whopper combo no onion, a jr whopper with cheese only ketchup and pickle combo a chicken fries and a whopper with cheese no onion. The Drive through attendant sounded like she was training or couldn’t hear very well repeated every thing several time and still seemed lost. Finally she repeated the correct order and did not give a total but told us to pull around. We get up to the window and it looks like the girls got a blue headphone in her ear along with her drive through headset. The orange soda was out luckily we were able to switch that at the window but the kitchen did not accurately assemble the order. Unfortunately the only sandwich that came with cheese was the impossible whopper and we did not ask for cheese the person that eats those is dairy free so not a free upgrade it’s just makes it not edible it was also missing the lettuce and tomato, the jr. Whopper had no cheese and the Whopper had onions no cheese and a pound of mayo the bun was hard and stale tasting. A few of the chicken fries were over cooked which was disappointing as well and lastly the fries were alright (not a huge fan of Bk fries to start off) Attempted to call the number on the receipt no answer. No longer visiting this location or the one off voss and hwy 6 they can’t get food out correctly to save their life either or whoever does the orders for the store is being cheap cause they’re always out...

I recently had a truly positive experience at Burger King that I wanted to share! I visited during lunch hour, and was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant wasn't overly packed, which made for a quick and efficient visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience very pleasant from start to finish.

I placed my order through the app, and it was ready super fast – a real time-saver! The food itself was fantastic; my Whopper was made fresh and tasted delicious, and the cheesy tots and chicken fingers were perfectly prepared. It's clear they prioritize freshness and quality here.

Beyond the food, the restaurant was remarkably clean, including the restrooms, which is always a huge plus. There was also plenty of free parking available, making it very convenient. It's definitely a perfect spot to bring the kids and family for a meal, with a great atmosphere that's both clean and inviting.

What truly stood out was the excellent service. Even when there was a slight error on an order, the team went above and beyond to make it right, and then some! Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident. I wish this location was closer to my home, as I would definitely be visiting much more often. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll certainly be...

I came on Saturday June 15th at 530....keandra if that's her name along with the manager and some young kid all were disgustingly rude and disrespectful. I ordered the new nuggets for myself and a coworker rewind I sat waiting for someone to speak over the intercom when she finally spoke it was distant to which I said I'm sorry I can't hear you she said nothing so I said my order in hopes she'll get it. So I drive around ready to pay...we had no sauce no ketchup so I asked for sauce she gives me one. So i asked for another she refused until I paid for another so I asked is me and my coworker supposed to share a dip and I just made a $12 purchase....so I looked past her and called for a manager he came and they discussed but he gave 3 to which she started talking smack so I asked for all their names and things went left...the fat messican manager ran and hid the bulldagga held the window open n that's when the lil boy came talking like he was a gangster....food trucks are winning bc trash like above are ruining big name food chains....I don't want anything just update yall policy bc to force 2 ppl to share a dip is sick...they need to steer clear cuz not everyone will be as calm as I was most ppl get active especially these days of...
