Bad experience from the beginning! Me: I have a coupon code Pop: I’ll get the coupon at the window Me: No coupon just a code from my phone Pop: We don’t do that! Me: It was sent to us from Popeyes in a text or email IDK the boss (families patriarch) told me it says just give cashier the code. Pop: that’s no good here (manager in background “take code and put it in like a regular paper coupon” ok your total is…. Me: I’m not done Do you have the the gallon of tea still for sale? Pop: No we don’t do that anymore! Me: Your sign says it on the menu Pop: Well we don’t have the bags your total is… Me: Hold on I haven’t given you the rest of the order Pop: What else? Me: I need A,B,C Pop: Ok come to the window Me : MAAM I’M NOT FINISHED Pop: What else?!?! Me: A drink and pie Pop: come to the window Me: What’s my total? Pop: I’ll tell you at the window!! At this point I’m not happy but I have my 10 yr old niece with me and she is still sweat and innocent and for some reason really likes me so I bite my tongue I get to the window and whatever the $$ she said wasn’t close to even the high end of my math test at the order board when I asked for the total the first couple of times. Me: that can’t be right Pop: It’s the price the register says!!! Me: you put in the code? May I look at the receipt? Pop: huhhh HOW YOU PRINT A RECEIPT BEFORE YOU GET THE MONEY? Manager: Why? Pop: He say I make him overpay!!! Manager walks over looks at the register and says did you put the code in like I said? Pop:yeah!!! with a head bob only a practiced vet couple pull off. Man: Where is it? Pop: I don’t know my job is what you want take the money and give them food. Now I’m supposed to be wearing a black turtleneck and spossed to know how the register works!?! I don’t work at google my name ain’t Steve Hobbs how I’m spossed to know how that thing works?

I went to the store in Missouri City, I ask for the 20 piece special she ask if I wanted it mild or spicy I ask if I could have a mix she said yes! ! I ask her to put the mild on the top and the spicy on the bottom. When I got home I found that not Only was all the chicken spicy but when I picked the chicken up it just broke apart so dray crunchy and hard, I immediately call the stor and the lady I spoke to I explained she said you can bring the chicken back, I said I went to Roshan home and that I could not come back, she said when come back I will replace Only the 5 pieces that should have been mile, I said No!!! You're going to replace my box because I just explained everything that was wrong she than when you come back bring the box, I ask who was her boss she said I'm the manager I ok but who is your boss she said I am. I than got very upset and started to curse because now you're nolonger being a manager your now asking like an angry guess, I got upset because she didn't care where I drove to and didn't care that the product she sold not good and obviously had been sitting up. I dont know who this owner is! But she represents you and you rely on her to serve a product that is of Popeyes standards I paid 22 dollars it is so much going on right now and to be treated like this! Read moreThis has been the worst Popeyes I have been to. Start with I placed my order inside on machine. Machine wasn't taking payment no other people in line as I stood and waited several minutes before I got the first response from anyone. Meanwhile I observed your staff instead messing around and talking to themselves including the manager. I'm positive they were joking about giving one lady the wrong order from the drive thru. She came in and complained your front man response was more or less yes that's not your order after only them laughing earlier about what I assume was the wrong order. No apologizing or anything. Manager kept back turned I assume on purpose I assume so he didn't have to do anything. It took over 20 minutes for my food to be ready and handed to me. I ordered red beans and rice which was more shred beans sauce and rice, 5 tenders with Buffalo sauce I did not receive and I had to go back to counter for, and fries. Luckily I was able to watch them atleast put my food up in a bag. My order also came with a drink which I did not receive until after I asked about my drink when receiving my order. This was by the same manager who took my payment and saw what I ordered. The seating area was clean but probably because after waiting 20 minutes on food no one wants to stay here. The coke machine didn't even work.
