Foodie BBQ（小胖烧烤） — Restaurant in Missouri City

We came here recently as we continue to try to support this strip center. They have been doing a better job of bringing in new businesses. Our go to is Gong Cha, but hoping this place sticks around.

It’s a different category of food that we don’t frequent. It’s Chinese skewers.

So imagine Chinese bbq but served kind of tapas style.

The most amazing takeaway was the eggplant! I could eat this all day, the other solid dish were the clams. The skewers, my favorite was the mushroom. The beef brisket and rib was like a traditional Texas bbq place it threw me off as it wasn’t what I was expecting.

Some of the skewers were a bit salty for my liking but I’ve seen videos on social media where people just lick these skewers with just flavoring, so it may not just be for me.

They are open late and serve alcohol. I think they are going for the late night vibe. Not sure if sugar land is able to support that, but just as food,...

If you’re a fan of mouthwatering barbecue, this place is an absolute gem! The meats are perfectly grilled—juicy, tender, and packed with smoky flavor. I especially loved the beef skewers ！they were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right.

The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and fast. The staff made us feel truly welcome, and the atmosphere is cozy yet lively, perfect for a night out with friends or family.

Portions are generous, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality you get. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

As an Asian, this kind of flavor is simply irresistible! I came to this city for a business trip, and after finishing work at night, I was craving a late-night bite. I stumbled upon this new BBQ spot, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The owner was super friendly, and the food came out incredibly fast.
