Unbelievable very unprofessional Manager, ordered something togo! Got home we only have the two chicken sandwiches and missing one burger, instead they put cheese curds! Went back and brought them the food and the receipt, 1st down fall as a manager. He questions us and didn’t believe us that his employees made a mistake, even we brought the proof of the food and receipt. Until one of his employee needed to let him know that yes we are correct because in the kitchen has a bag of one burger!!! 2nd huge mistake as a manager in customer service, he didn’t take the opportunity to make it right even his employee asked him should we offer them a fries or ice cream? That manager straight up shut his employee with said NO!!! Not because free fries or ice cream, but you waste our time our gas and you made the mistake not us!! 3rd down fall, all the employees I don’t believe get trained properly. We witnessed that one of them almost put our burger in the bag the one already fell on the ground! That manager hurry grabbed the bag and threw it away. Ok so… how your employees don’t know about rules working in food business about the sanitary?!! What happens when no people or no customers, so they don’t follow the sanitary rules and policies I think!!! 3 strikes in one time that’s totally BAD!!! Anyway people please check your food before you leave if you order Togo food, which we shouldn’t have too but maybe better to double check instead need to face a rude and unprofessional Manager. I think Freddy’s needs to know that you have a great employee who knows what to do the right way but he doesn’t have voice because having childish manager above him!!! 4/17 Updating my review. Driving near this area and I thought I would check in on the reviews and see if they are getting better. Well, it's still mixed reviews. For every good review there is a 1-Star review. These owners should be thankful for the 1-star review minimum, because of that (you cannot give 0 star, or negative star); their average would be MUCH lower! The other thing I cannot figure out, if the owner keeps responding to the negative reviews and promising to address the issues, but still - - many negative reviews. It has been a couple months now. If they are not truly going to improve, then shut it down! Eventually I guess it will be shut down for them when less and less customers show up.

There was only 1 car in the drive through but i had to wait several minutes to place my order. When my order was placed, the screen flashed so fast, i couldn't see what they put down nor could i understand what the total cost so i pulled up. When i asked again, they said $20 dollars! For a meal that should only cost $10 i asked how my upgrades equaled 20? The manager came over and said that it wasn't rang out as a meal, so the total was $16. I was still confused and was looking at the receipt and the the order it was apparent that instead of upgrading my fries to onion rings, they charged me for both an onion rings and fries!
