Hello,
I must admit I truly am not happy to leave less than a GLOWING review for one of my fave places!! However, how do you improve if you are not AWARE of hiccups!?!
Being pulled away from the 5 star Hwy K Chik Fil A locale to the new Lake St. Louis locale, for my proximity, is definitely bittersweet! I have given them many chances, a lot I may say.....for being new, training and such. But enough is enough. Today was what decided it for me to leave this in hopes the management/ owner reads this.
Today, about 430 p.m., drove up no greeting, none nada rude actually ( extremely young/newbie) no thank you after ordering either. What we come to love about Chikfila is their excellence in their training their greeting their friendliness, which is not so common in other places. So among many many of the incorrect orders I personally have encountered over and over and over again at this location, I ordered yogurt ( which is really really good) and felt the bag and caught they had not bagged the right amount. So, I was glad I caught the mistake this time before I drove away. The other day, I attempted to order yogurt without their sides( I figure why waste if I do not use it, right?). The girl stated NO we can not do that. I replied I have been ordering yogurt for a while without the extra bags. It's a bag," she says NO. So I replied ok, just put in the bag. Then that same week, I ordered unsweetened tea, they gave me lemonade. ok, simple mistake, go back they replace I drive away, same mistake. Then that same week ordered a couple meals, a meal missing. These are just a few of the mistakes. Shame on me for thinking it will get better, I guess. The times I go vary from not busy to busy. I have gone to the Hwy K location for years, I believe they need to go to the LSL location and offer their training and hospitality and precision. I will say I am very patient and do not get upset easily, but having to continue to go back time after time after time does get aggravating. I gotta say that there are issues in their staff/training that need addressing immediately! There is a young man in the afternoons who is amazing, I feel for him because he carries the burden of the other's inabilities. I truly hope that this location gets everything together. I hope that they are just experiencing a longer than normal grand opening time frame training period. Many thanks for reading my...

Always went to this Chick-fill-A, every time we go they always make mistake here and there from no sauces or no straws or even missing fries something like that. Understood mistakes happen, but the last one so ridiculous unacceptable!!! Read moreI woke up this morning with a deep longing in my stomach for a chick-fil-a sandwich. I am venturing to kansas city today and I get in my car in search of a chick-fil-a off the interstate. I eventually find this chick-fil-a, as I make my way through the drive through, come to meet owen, a worker with the face of a 13 year old boy. I tell him that I will need three separate orders today, and he says oh no. This has me taken aback, as in my rural hometown you give the backhand to any disrespect from young children. He takes my order and i ask for a chicken sandwich, as since the last time i ate my back has shrunk by two inches. He does not tell me that lunch can not be served before 10:30. As a feble alabama brained woman, it is difficult for me to remember these anti big back rules that do not exist in my home town. I make my way through the drive through, very excited to eat my sandwich. As I reach the window, i am greeted by a bag containing a chicken biscuit and hash brown. The smile falls off of my face as my stomach growls loudly. As I attempt to explain that I was expecting to see a chicken sandwich beaming up at me from my bag, I am cut off by their manager, sebastian, who prances over to my car window in his striped shirt to inform me that I will eat that chicken biscuit or get a refund. Defeated and depressed, I pull away from the drive through with tears streaming down my face. I am very fearful to eat this chicken biscuit on my lap, as the last time I ate a chick fil a biscuit I got food poisoning. Sadly this is a true story and I am sending this post out as my famous last words. Please send prayers. If you want to order a chicken sandwich here before 10:30 please be prepared to have a sudden wave of depression wash over you from their lack of hospitality and no,...
