Do NOT go to this store. Other stores will tell you not to go to this store. I brought in my old phone to get a trade in promotion and realized a couple months down the road that they never refunded the trade in. After about 50 phone calls (one day they answered, hung up on me and didn’t answer the next 10 times I tried to call) and 4 store visits they still have not resolved the issue. They have my old phone with all my personal information still in it and no refund. It took me two weeks to talk to manager at the store because the employees could not relay information to him or he didn’t want to talk to me. I received no phone call or anything about the situation and if they had a resolution. I called the fraud department, they called the store and they told me that he was at the store now. I drove up there and after talking with the manager, he first said that there was nothing he could do about it. I stayed and pressed him for some kind of solution so he looked it up online. Still was trying to get me to leave, he offered me to take a small portion off each line and would waive upgrade fees. Aka buy more from him…Unbeknownst, the small portion was for 1 MONTH. I didn’t find this out til contacting at&t customer support. So they mislead me, screw me over and have my old phone with sensitive information. No one knows where this phone is or who has it. The best part too is that after speaking with the employees who told me that they can pull cameras in this situation, the manager said he does not have the ability to pull cameras. I don’t know one company where the manager of the store cannot pull cameras. Sure they can pull cameras if they get screwed over but can’t pull cameras if they screw you over. The worst experience I’ve ever had...
Read moreBEWARE of the AT&T store in Wentzville MO on Ronald Reagan Blvd. My wife went in the to the AT&T store to move 2 phones over from Verizon. We explained that we had a very bad experience with a different carrier and were moving our service over as the phones got paid off. The store manager, Justin said he could do that and offered us different options. Justin asked my wife why she wasn't moving hers over and she explained that her phone wasn't paid off yet. Justin told her that AT&T would pay off her phone and upgrade the 2 lines to iPhone 16s and we would get 2 apple watches with the iPhone 16s for $.99 a month. So we confirmed with Justin to make sure this was the promotion and he said yes. We were getting 2 I Phone 16's, 2 Apple watches, and my wife was gettng her Verizon Wireless phone paid off. By his instruction, we took the old phones home and finished moving all the info from the old phones to the new phones then when we returned to the store with the old phones, Justin explained that the promotion ended on May 30th, 2025 and they could not pay off my wife's old phone with Verizon. Justin told my wife she could take her phone back to Verizon and restart her service with them until her phone was paid off or call customer service. AT&T would NOT honor the original promotion that we were offered according to their store manager. I would classify that as bait and switch. At this point, we were looking for the promotion that THEY were offering to be honored. Very poor customer service. Even when my wife did call customer service to try get the issue fixed, she got hung up on when she asked for a manager. So AT&T, do the right and honor the promotion that you offered and promised to your customer that walked...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. DO NOT GO to this store. I am a long time AT&T user with 6 lines currently. They are not a Corporate store so beware of their UNFAIR & DECEPTIVE business practices. I went in to upgrade one of my phones and was helped by Harry. Harry ordered a different phone than what I had requested and told me the AT&T Next Up was part of the free upgrade promotion and had to be included. I then asked to cancel that part at that time and was informed by Harry that he can't cancel it. Harry stated that I would have to wait until they deliver the phone to my house since it's not an item in stock and then return to his location to cancel the AT&T Next Up at that time. I then requested to cancel the entire transaction in which Harry told us is not possible that once it's ordered you can't cancel it. He stated we would have to wait until the phone got delivered and then bring it in to cancel the order. It turns out Harry was lying to me and he could've canceled it. This type of UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE business practices are unacceptable so I immediately called AT&T customer service from outside the store on their sidewalk. Customer service informed me that the location is an authorized retailer and not a corporate store. With that being said, customer service explained to me that the location should have cancelled the transaction and reversed it as they do have the ability to do that. Customer service was able to cancel the entire transaction for me and help me get the upgrade I wanted. Harry is a liability to the store legally and I will pursue further litigation to recover the funds charged if they are...
