The only reason i would want to give more stars is because of the district manager and the one kitchen guy that brought the food out were incredibly nice.
But the lady manager made the overall visit the worst I have ever experienced. My friend was ordering and she came up to her and told her “ we close in 30 min, you should order Togo” she was also very rude. I watched her argue with a lady and told the lady that they were out of ketchup and that is why she did not get ketchup on her burger. They were not out of ketchup because we got ketchup on everything we ordered. She was just trying to justify her mistake. Then near close when we were leaving, there was a couple that the one district manager told that they were getting ready to close but to please stay and enjoy their food. The manager convinced these people to stay. So they decided to stay and order, that guy goes to leave. Right after he leaves this lady barges up there and told them they must order to go and they can not stay. They told her the guy told them to stay and that’s why they were ordering for here. She was like um no you order to go. And told them they should go through the drive thru. They were trying to explain to her what the guy was saying and she would not listen. Yelled at them about how she has an hour to drive to get home.
The entire situation made me uncomfortable enough to where I went up there and said “ma’am that man did tell them that they could stay” she responded “You should stay out of other peoples business” proceeded to tell me to “never come back and this store doesn’t need f-nig business”
This experience was by far the worst I have ever had at any restaurant. I have worked in the restaurant business since I was 15 years old, sit down and fast food. I know the saying “the customer is always right” and I generally laugh at it. Because it’s an unfair statement. But this is one situation where the customer was right. Read moreI usually don’t do this and especially hate doing it to this location in particular because I love everyone there, but the afternoon of April 23rd around 2:50pm I went through the drive thru to grab something quick before work. I waited a minute to have my order taken, no biggie. But a woman said she’d be right with me and seconds later a man who didn’t really sound like he knew what he was doing took my order, and when I pulled around to the window for my total I had to recite my order to the woman because she was saying my order wrong, and she informed me that a cup of chili would be a 59 cent up charge (with an attitude) and I said that’s fine I then wait for my food for a couple minutes, I got the 4 for 4 chicken strips, fries, cup of chili, and a cheese cup. I informed her I had a cheese cup as well and she said she’d adjust that for me (with an attitude), but my total was still $4.30 but I wasn’t complaining got my cheese and cup of chili for free, but I got my food and I wasn’t given any ketchup like I asked, my fries are rock hard, my chicken is cold to it’s core, the ranch tastes rotten. Read moreUpdate: I left a message here on,12 April 2019 saying I would never eat here again because management wouldnt look into a large amount of debree in my drink cup. I feel better now i didnt get sick or ill and corporate contacted me and let me know they tore the store apart looking for anything resembling what i discribed had been found in my to go cup on 12 March 2019. they emptied all ice inspected ice machines, cups, and work stations. and found no further contaminants or debree. must have been a one off event. though im not pleased with the store manager disregarding it initually. corporate however more than handled it with professionalism and determination for quality safety and had complete control of the situation. As a result I am well satisfied it was resolved for a better outcome for all concerned. only reason not a 5 star is the store manager initial dismissal of my report. may have been lemay or telegraph manager i spoke with on the phone but incident occured at telegraph in missouri. i may be willing to be a patron again. but i will be more cautious with my food and drink to see if it is clean and free of debree even if corporate went thru and investigated it I no longer trusting the store manager has a complete handle on it yet with store and staff. thanks corporate management for your...
