McDonald's — Restaurant in Mitchell

First, it is a nice place. Customer service isn't so friendly i'm told to hurry up with my order and it's the same three people that tell me this. Another thing 2 female managers are so rude to there employees it's unbelievable. One cashier was new and didn't know how to make something the manager chews the cashier out for that. Really??? The cashier is new! The other female manager is chewing everyone out for something little.Like the world is ending to her or something. From former employees they say the really rude one is Jen. (without red hair) Another downfall is you have college students DO NOT keep them past 9 p.m!!!!! You know school is more important we have tests to study for and homework and that stuff is usually due at 11:55 p.m. Don't keep them so fricken late. They pay for there school and do not want to fail and work at a place like this. The owner of the McDonald's in town should look into this and how the managing is when he isn't around. Because you two managers would be talked to or fired for the way you guys act. Since I could not find anyway to contact the owner i sure hope he sees this and does something about the college students problem and...

Our McDonalds is locally owned and was remodeled a couple years ago. My 83 year old father in law lives for coffee group time with his friends every weekday here where they solve the world probkems. The owner and staff are so nice to them even though the price of senior coffee is only .50 cents and they don't make money on the group. Kudos to them for their kindness.

They have great drive thru service. That's right I love a good drive thru restaurant. My hubby is wierd and lives to order inside even to go. Most of the time it is swift and I'm on my way with my McCafe latte and a big smile on my face. Yes, sometimes I'm sad and it's slow, that's life dear.

I worked here for my first job at 15. Oh I remember the fry station, cleaning the malt machine and having fun with my coworkers whom became friends. I have to say, oh how things changed! I had to figure change due back to a customer in my head, a and count it back to them. No I'm not old.

There is a large play area, I'm waiting for a grandbaby so I can go play...

The night manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I ordered through the App, it was 9:30 p.m and I was the only one in the drive-thru line. I was waiting for my order when the manager said "Sir, Sir you have to pull forward" I looked at him confused, then went to finish my conversation until he got my attention again and said "you have to pull forward" I said umm why there's nobody behind me? The young lady working@ the window explained it's to help their Drive-Thru times- right about this time the gentleman said "It doesn't matter if someone is behind you or not" umm excuse me but yes it does. Typically I wouldn't mind, but I am already on my 30 minute break from work- I don't want to wait for someone to have time to walk my order out, and how are you going to be incredibly rude then ask me to help cheat your drive thru time? Just overall bad experience that will probably have me second guessing on whether to eat here on my...
