Village Bowl — Local services in Mitchell

I was very disappointed with my visit to the Village Bowl. The customer service was terrible. When I had initially called to ask a couple questions, I was met with a sassy and unamused employee. Later on, when I was attempting to order some food while bowling, I called Thirsty’s. Unknowingly, google had made me call the bowling alley, and I was met with the same employee. Instead of just directing me to Thirsty’s to order, he had hung up and yelled at me from behind the counter. And last but not least, when I had gone to pay for my time and food, he was very rude and stated that “I refuse to run your card for the food”. Rather than just telling me that I need to pay at Thirsty’s. So I naturally went over to Thirsty’s to pay. At Thirsty’s I was met with incredible customer service and they helped me flawlessly. Nice clean bowling Alley.. Fun place to hang out. FUN FOR THE Kids!! THEY DO OFFER COSMIC BOWLING. Bowling Leagues ect. They have a selection of food... You can even throw your child's birthday party there! And leave w a bowling pin .... signed by your party guests!! There's a small arcade available to play in . During the summer they even offer free games of bowling for the childre!! There's is a Casino located in the bowling alley..A larger casino w about 5 different rooms. .. Also located within the Bowling Alley is a smaller bar. And last but not least is the large bar/ night club type .. Recently remodeled , They also have a casino ... Great place to hang out .. the casinos have amazing bartenders .....

Extremely accommodating!!! Even for those with disabilities though the last few yrs. my son has been in a wheelchair, crutches etc. They are always able & willing to help & bend over backwards to be sure each child/person is able to be inclusive. Great atmosphere something for everyone! Mini arcade, pool table. Vending machine. Small little bar (Peanuts) though the door a bigger bar (Thirstys) with TVs, pool tables. Darts. Small little video lottery area Great & comfortable patio smoke area. Large parking lot. Great /fun weekend Rock -N- Bowl deal you cant beat!!! All around great place!!!
