Very low quality! Every single thing I have purchased from them has fallen apart within 6 months. I bought a couch for my son 9 months ago. About 4 months ago the seams of the upholstery started disintegrating. Bought a bed and mattress from them 1 year ago. The slats of the bed have splintered, and the seams of the mattress frayed, let loose, and the foam was coming out. We used their "warranty" to replace it. Though the replacement was a less expensive mattress, somehow we still ended up owing them money, because they REQUIRE you to buy an additional mattress pad for the warranty to be valid, but the cost of the pad isn't part of the warranty. So we had to purchase a pad for the original bed, then an additional pad for the replacement bed. The things LOOK beautiful. We had a great experience when we bought furniture at Unclaimed Freight in Mitchell! My husband and I purchased two beds and a sectional for our family room. We were very happy with the service Trina (the store manager) gave us. She spent a lot of time telling us about the different types of beds, and she answered all of our questions. She was very patient. We were able to get 0% financing for three years and Trina completed this process very quickly. Also, we had our furniture delivered in three days which was nice.

Torrey was outstanding! He went over and above to help us find the perfect furniture set. We were shown all different sale options and he was very patient and helpful while we sat on multiple sets. With Torrey's advice, we found the exact one that was right for us! He was able to reserve and hold the very last chaise lounge chair in the warehouse for me until our set is delievered. Not only do I feel that Torrey gave us the best deal he possibly could on the set but he informed us the next day we were getting an additional $200 off!
