My husband and I visit this location at least once a week. We also tell people about you guys when they ask for recommendations on good places for Mexican food. I let them know that you guys have great food and even better customer service. Tony M. Was our server this visit. Today my visit included my friends and I. Most of us close to 40. We gave our ID. He inspected it and held it up to the light like they were fake. Looked over it again once he took it away from the light. I was confused but didn’t say anything. When he brought our drinks, he dropped them off and walked away. Didn’t check if we were ready to order or not. I asked about a new item on the menu and he seemed annoyed with me for asking. So, I just took a chance and ordered it. He never came back to see if we needed anything or to refill our drinks. We had to go find him to get our checks and to go boxes. My friend ordered a picture for our table. He put half of it on my check even though she ordered it. She decided to just pay for my check instead of having him fix it because we were over going to look for him. She handed him both checks with her card. He scanned the top check, folded up her copy and gave it to her. He then aggressively asked where’s my payment for my check like I was trying to leave without paying. I told him to look under the other check. So, he unfolded it, and cashed that one out. He handed me my friends card and walked off. Out of our entire visit, he barely said anything to us. I didn’t even want to finish my food. I was ready to leave. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like that from this location. Customer service is the biggest part of his job but his customer service skills are horrible. That was my friend’s first visit there. She said she’s never coming back. Read moreHad a to go order tonight was charged $45 order two meals I placed my order and asked for extra queso and chips and salsa when i received my to go order I had only one order of chips and one salsa so I went back in and the hostes at the front door that took my order told me that is all I will get with my order to go !! I told her when I ordered two of each when I placed my order in person at the counter at this restaurant !! She refused to give me the salsa for the chips but gave me a extra bag of chips!! Wow she said I would have to pay for the salsa I told her i order two of each when i placed my order to go !! Really !! On top of this I delivered my wife's order to her work place she works night shift at ICU Providence and her dipping sause for her order was not in the order so I called back to ask for the manager the girl I talked to who asked what my complaint was which I told her and I believe she was the one I who took my order and I argued with in the first place told me the manager was busy. I Gave her my phone number never received a call back from the manager me and my wife work hard and when I place A to go order and order everything I expect those items to be in my order I shouldn't have to come back into that establishment and have to pull everything out of my bag to show that I didn't get what I pesificly ordered!! IF this is who this establishment hires to work there front door and take customer's to go orders and answer there phones calls and talk to customers they need to have a hard look at these employees they have hired because I will never step foot into this establishment and spend my hard earned money ...
Read moreI came here for my boyfriend’s birthday. We didn’t want anything special just a nice lunch with the two of us.
My servers name is Savannah. Placed an order with her for a cheese dip, some drinks and entrees.
The food arrived before the drinks (a milk and water) and the cheese dip (which was supposed to be like an appetizer)
We ordered the birria tacos and a chimichanga and the chimichanga was alright but the birria taco was mushy and flavorless.
Ordered a pina colada as she was serving the entree and never received it till I was presented with the bill and saw I was still charged for it.
The pina colada arrived with a bug in it.
See, I understand if a thing or two would go wrong while it was a rush hour or if the restaurant was understaffed, neither of these issues seemed be the case.
And to top it all of the server, Savannah would just keep talking instead of leaving the food and going to do whatever else she needed to (like making sure her tables received their food in an appropriate manner?! Maybe?) Not saying servers shouldn’t have a personality, I’ve been one and understand you need to talk to customers to build a relationship with them but no one wants to hear all of the opinions and experiences you have had while trying to eat their meal, Savannah. It might help you in life to learn a little self awareness.
It was just an extremely poor dining experience, the food was pretty gross over all, and I was told I would get a refund on my pina colada in 2 days (which is pretty unusual since I let her know as soon as I was charged)
