Japanese express — Restaurant in Mobile

Placed an order to go and was underwhelmed by the quality vs price. I ordered the tempura asparagus appetizer, the Japanese egg rolls and the Godzilla roll. The 3 items were $24. The eggs rolls were an odd consistency and mushy the taste was ok but the the mushiness was definitely not appetizing. The tempura asparagus appetizer was ok but seemed more like from a frozen bag but then is a fast food type place so ok. The Godzilla roll was small and ok but not what I would expect. Overall the food was ok at best. With all of the other sushi restaurants around I believe there are better choices...

The food has always been good as well as the people. They are very friendly majority of the time. I usually go in to order, though. I decided to call in to pick up and I saw another side. The young lady who answered the phone huffed and puffed after every order I asked for. It was very rude and unappreciated. Tbh...I wasn't rude nor said anything with attitude NOR did I call around the time of closing so WTH!? Her behavior was ridiculously unprofessional. I don't have time for stuff like that. I guess you should make sure younever call and order more than 1 meal! Lol.I ordered 4...just in case...

Really disappointed. Wanted this to be my new favorite Japanese spot and was very hopeful because of the reviews. To-go guy wasn't the most friendly in the phone or in-person. I can't speak for all of their food, but the sushi was below mediocre. I also ordered the 3 roll special which includes a soup or fountain drink. Neither of which I received or was offered. The sushi was also just thrown into one big box without any divider. Definitely do not recommend as far as their sushi or their customer service for...
