Starbucks — Restaurant in Mobile

I usually dont have any issues with this Starbucks...but this morning was horrible!!!!😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 My drink was not prepared correcrly. And instead of the young lady just having it remade with no problem, she wanted to explain my choices!! I told her I have been ordering the same drink for over a year about 5 times a week so I know what it should look like and taste like!! So after exchanging a few words, it still wasn't remade!! She simply poured the improperly made drink into another cup with a shot! This was the worst experience of customer service that I have endured!! Especially at a Starbucks. Seems like I need to change my loctation adap because of one rude person! And this was the one located at Springhill...

Nice Starbucks, pretty standard inside. The parking lot is a little strange, sort of a semi-one-way loop with a section with two-way traffic but cars drive on the left, UK-style, due to the drive through lane against the building. It's probably not that big a deal to most people, and the parking lot is probably rarely full enough to make it a real issue. Also, the parking lot looks like it's shared with several other businesses so maybe it's not Starbucks' responsibility in the first place. I just moved to Alabama from Seattle, and I definitely can tell I am not at home anymore. Starbucks started in Seattle, and they are friendly, quick, and know how to make an amazing frappuccino. I ordered online and had to wait for 25 to get my drink. I saw the line go through a couple of times while making my drink. I asked the guy about how long much longer my drink would take and he just turned around and said, “Yeah, I haven't made that yet” after he was finished making it, he didn't say anything, so I had no idea my drink was finally ready.
