I posted thos to their web site. "We order our food very clear with the server repeating that order to make sure all was received correctly which we confirmed. When we pulled up to the window to have one on one actions is everything went south. First I require to have a drink with no sugar due to health issues so when received the drink the lid was not mark so the person responded by say just try the drink to see if it is correct and to tell the drinks apart. We ask for the drinks to beaded over and mark properly which was refused by your employees and manager. Next when the food was handed to us and the response by employee was it all there so we check because of the earlier actions. We'll the food was not correct and it was missing food as well. We did, as anyone else would do, get upset and made comments towards not getting food correct. We ask for the manager to come to the window which she did not to face us on our issues which she did not do. The employee gave us which appeared more food for what was missing so we proceed to off realizing that a requested cup of ice water was missing. We drove back around to park and my daughter went in to get the water as her mother wanted. My daughter return back to the car stating that she was banned from the store because she made another comment about the service which it was just comments that all. So you have banned people that has a comment just because it is not the response you want. I just had foot surgery so I struggled into the store at this time to request for the owner district manager contact info for the on site manager to tell that she will not give any information on then for me to speak with them. I ask about setting up meeting that I can return to speak with them and she again stated that she will not do that either. She then said to go to the web site for complaints. I ask her that is only way they address customer service and she said yes. I ask for se sauces that did not put in the order and left the building. I love getting the food at Zaxby's but not this way as this was a extremely bad experience that will stay with me forever. Read moreGoing to Zaxby's wasn't my first choice. But my wife wanted to give them another try. So I just ordered a 20 piece family meal, which is 20 tenders, 2 large fries, toast and sauce. The tenders and fries were what you'd expect from pretty much any other chicken tender place. But the "Zax sauce" was disappointing. Similar to Foosackleys and Cane's, but definitely not as good. It was just a step up from eating the tenders without sauce. Like they tried to copy them, but got the recipe way wrong. Or...... Foosackleys and Cane's copied the "Zax sauce," then made it alot better.
I went through the drive thru, so I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant. But employees were trying to get people through quickly. When I arrived at the window, I could see that there were 5 employees working the front. 4 just in the drive thru side. Only 1 of them didn't seem to be doing anything other than socializing with another employee, who was working. And the 5th person was at the counter taking care of walk-in customers. However, it being 8pm on a Friday evening could explain why there were so many employees working the drive thru. Anyway the 2 employees that I interacted with...
Read moreWaited in line for about 5 minutes which is ok but it took 42 minutes to get my food. Looked like there were 2 people in the back and 2 people in the front. One of the girls up front kept playing on her apple watch instead of taking orders and passing out orders and the other girl was running around cleaning the dinning room, Togo window and taking orders outside to what I assume people in the Carline. They had so many orders piling up in the window the kitchen staff had to hold orders back. Several people kept bringing orders back for things wrong. Once I finally got my order I had so little fries and everything was cold. When I tried to leave I could not get out of the parking lot and people would not let me out. Out of state travelers being rude. I understand being busy but do not neglect the customers. This wasn't even during the lunch rush. This location always gets stuff wrong and can get backed up on the parking lot but it has never been this bad. Slowly getting worse and worse as far as service. I will not return to this...
