Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Mobile

I walked in there and the girl(with glasses) was just all over the place and rude as can be.she was playing with the little girl in there behind the counter untill i walked in… then the kid proceeded to lay across one of the cabinets witch is not very professional in the work place she could have been in the back where she wasnt seen. I asked for my order and she informed me it wasnt done yet and started blaming the night crew on why my cake wasnt ready when i showed up 1 hour later than the time my cake was due for because of a emergency. Do they also wanna blame the night crew on my cake tasting like straight dough like they rushed it out of the oven. It wasnt fully cooked and u could tell. Im not one to write reviews but the way i was greeted was just terrible. I have never had a problem with no-one else in that store except that one girl(glasses).I will not be back if that girl is working. Not only was she just rude as can be she wanted to question me on if i placed my order last night because if so that means “night crew didnt do there job like they never do” i responded nicely and was like no i placed it a couple days ago and sat in my car until it was ready. Upon entering there were blank faces from the employees. They never once smiled our entire visit or exhibited any type of friendliness. When it was our turn to order the girl just looked at me and didn't say anything so I just assumed she was ready for my order. I asked for white chocolate ice cream which I had gotten at other locations before and strawberry for my mom. She didn't say anything (again) looked at the other girl and just stood in silence for a minute. Then she looked at me like I was crazy and said "we don't have white chocolate " so I ordered a different flavor. This silence continued and she just looked at me as I ordered my mix ins. When it was time to pay, apparently she expected a tip. I usually tip people (as a former server) but this service was maddening, so I did not. The tables were so nasty and there was dried chocolate ice cream (or poop, who knows) on the chair. So we ended up eating our ice cream in the car where it was clean. I know I personally will never visit this location again. I have never had such horrible service. I hope management reviews their employees and maybe trains them on cleaning and having a...

I was literally just in there. There was one couple ahead of my wife and I. An employee was working on making ice cream for the couple and sent them on their way while another employee started making my wife's ice cream. After the other couple left, the employee that was helping them (dark complected with glasses) walked right by me to the cookie ovens and stood there and stared at me but didnt help me. She walked by me 2 or 3 other times while I stood there waiting to be helped. There was another young employee who walked out of the back made eye contact with me and then went back in the back. 3 employees in the building, only 2 customers and I couldnt get ice cream. The single girl that actually helped my wife was slow but was actually working. My wife would've been done with her ice cream before I got mine and paid. The employee that repeatedly ignored me had no trouble jumping up to help a man that walked in while my wife was paying. Im not sure I have ever been treated so poorly. I'm visiting from out of town and really just wanted some ice cream. I should have stayed...
