Panda Express — Restaurant in Mobile

I got a plate with half and half, beef n broccoli, string bean chicken and the beef n broccoli had 3 small pieces of beef and the broccoli was raw, it wasn't even put in a hot pan. I call you there, and the manager said 'all of their entrees are more vegetables than beef' and that's no problem but I would have expected a little bit more meat and maybe my broccoli be a little cook their noodles and rice is very bland as welled. And I won't be back, they don't even deserve a star. And they were out of salt and sweet sweet and sour sauce. The rice and noodles have no flavor that's why I was wanting the sauce. Last time I went in I got the bowl with noodles and walnut shrimp. This portion has been historically enough for lunch or dinner for myself. Last time the portion seemed excessively small. The single bowl with noodles and the $1.50 up charge for shrimp came right at $11.00 if I'm not mistaken. Super small portion size and no longer a good value for the money. Panda Express has always been sub-par in food quality anyway with always serving dry, hard noodles. All this coupled together and it's one more nail in the coffin. Food may not be authentic Chinese food but it was yummy nonetheless. No photos but I went during 7 pm and they made my teriyaki chicken fresh and fried rice wasn’t hard. I do wish the food was warmer, kinda cold. I always love to eat an apple pie roll after my meal, it’s so good. Sherie is very nice and she was the one who recommended me the apple pie roll, she didn’t disappoint. Service is wonderful, can’t complain too much, I know they’re working hard and it’s nice to see.
