Multiple times I have gone to this McDonald's and the same thing happens each time. I will go and I will order my food most of the time that doesn't give me any troubles but when I get into the line is when the problems start. I go and I wait tonight I waited for over half an hour for two chicken sandwiches from the dollar menu and a sweet tea. Let me also add that there were only four other cars in the Drive-Thru. When I finally get up there to get my food the manager is playing on her phone who I have already reported once, looks at me and continues playing on her phone. One of their employees who I did not catch the name of was about to leave from his shift and came over and took my money and gave me back my change. At this point I have waited 35 minutes and would have already been home. The woman finally gives me my bag of food a chicken sandwich is missing and I tell her she brings me another and puts it in my back but again I had to wait for her to finally come back over the window give me the sandwich I also told her that she forgot the sweet tea she said okay I'll be right back disappears again comes back to my window and says is there anything else she needs her and I tell her that she forgot my sweet tea once again. I have been having ongoing problems with this McDonald's every time I go in I'm not sure if it is a particular manager who is on board at the moments when I go in I have reported this McDonald's twice for unsanitary actions that I have seen. It is a major issue that I find annoying McDonald's should be fast quick and easy it's always been how they worked that's why it is called fast food for the moments that I was there for almost an hour I could have went sat down at a restaurant had me a nice cooked meal probably finished and had time to talk with other people. Read morei just moved up here a couple months ago from florida, and although i could never compare florida to a place like this, i do hate the slow service at this mcdonald’s. almost every time i have come to this mcdonald’s i am there for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru alone, now i dont work for fast food or anything but i know drive thru workers have a time thing that they have to meet when someone is in their drive thru, so that makes me wonder what this store’s numbers are, i’m sure not very high. i hate coming here on my lunch breaks from work, and having to spend my entire lunch break waiting in the line of the drive thru to get my food, tell me that is not ridiculous. i should be able to pick my order up, and enjoy it before returning to work for the day. just a week ago i came through the drive thru and nobody even greeted me at the second window until my food was done, and this took i wanna say maybe 10 minutes, i watched everyone in there walk around slowly, doing absolutely nothing, even look at me, several times, and didn’t even have the common decency to tell me hey your food will be right out.. the only worker at this damn mcdonald’s that ever gives me top tier service, and i don’t know his name but he typically works at the second window, hands me my food, he’s really joyful, always has a smile on his face, he’s dark skin with dreads, super sweet guy, he deserves a raise if anything, he shows a lot of work ethic, he is a hardworker, hell of a harder worker than any other person in there. hate to be that person, but let’s work on our service skills here please because you’re the closest mcdonald’s to me and this is ridiculous i shouldn’t have to go out of my way to a mcdonald’s elsewhere to get...
Read moreI am a door dasher and this is by far the most poorly managed McDonald’s from both a customer and dasher prospective. I rarely lose my temper or write reviews but after tonight, I just wanted to make the public aware of how low on the priority list dash customers are and how a typical dash order is handled at this location.
I arrived and waited on a simple 20 piece nugget and one apple pie for 10 minutes. Another customer ordered in store while I was waiting and included 2 apple pies - at which I heard the cashier state “forget that doordash order, we have someone who just ordered 2 apple pies.” I waited, customer got his food at which point I showed the cashier my phone and asked about the DoorDash. The reply was “it’ll be 12 minutes on apple pies, ask if they want something else”. My reply was “because you gave away their apple pie after I’ve been waiting”. I advised I would be reaching out to the customer to explain exactly what happened so they could contact a manager at their discretion. Occurrences like this happen frequently at this location - I understand prioritizing customers who come in but at some point there has to be some kind of balance to it, and some kind of understanding that dash customers deserve timely services rendered for food they’ve already paid for rather than consistently being pushed to further down the line of orders.
