Absolutely appalled by how staff has been treated by the last 4 months I was employed. I left to take a better opportunity and upon leaving today, no âthank you for your timeâ, âgood luckâ, âthanks for the hard work and coming in on days offâ... nothing but a terrible, hostile attitude and earlier on, being told I can easily be replaced. I expressed care and concern for not only management but the rest of the staff and the company as a whole, as well. I was hired in far beneath my pay grade, and at $8.40 an hour (being led to believe that I would quickly move to management and a raise) at 33 years old, this was the least paying and most hostile employment âopportunityâ I have ever experienced. The level of gossip, childishness and unprofessionalism is appalling from a manager whom preaches the opposite. I applied on a whim after being out of work, home with my young children- thought it would be an okay start but with my level of experience in several corporate and professional employment settings, this was the complete opposite. Iâve witnessed disrespect and disregard towards employees and guests alike. I was deceived, used, disrespected and belittled and have found that what I thought could maybe be a good stepping stone to rise back to the top, was nothing more than an unorganized, unprofessional joke. There are literally a handful of employees that are really great- my morning crew; aside from that, drug addicts and children.    Read moreI have never been so disappointed in customer service of a restaurant than I was tonight. They were out of half my mobile order and I assumed okay they can fix that and refund me. I assumed it would be understood that if I am only getting 3 items out of my $26 order, I need a refund for the rest. Get to the window and when I request a refund for everything else, the cashier throws a fit going â I donât know how to do thisâ and screaming who I assume to be the manager. Well the assumed manager finally comes up and is like well I cannot do a refund, that is all through the app and starts to walk off without even a simple apology for the mess up.    Read moreArrived at the restaurant the evening of 2/18/21 at 6:20 pm. Total of 6 employees were working - all staring at monitors. Refused to acknowledge the customers that were standing in the lobby. Noticed drive through was backed up with several cars asked to moved forward to obtain their food. One employee delivered food to waiting car passed customers in lobby twice with no acknowledgement. Then another employee did the exact same thing yet again not acknowledging customers in the lobby. Drive through orders were being prepared wrong and customers in line were complaining. After 10 minutes in lobby with no acknowledgement decided to leave. BEST decision ever!! This location should be closed if services can not be delivered and improved. Such a shame because both locations in Statesville fail to provide and this location use to be amazing.
