Subway — Restaurant in Mocksville

I stopped by walmart to pick up a few supplies, before i left went i to subway ,there were 5 customers in there eating and socializing, i went to the counter and waited for someone to take my order,i waited some more , finally a worker came out front with a broom, sweeping up the floor , never said a word to me , still waiting she finished and went back into the kitchen with her coworker ,im still waiting for someone to come out and take my order,well the other customers finished up and left, so i watch the employees watch them go ,so after standing there for 15minutes ,which i agree was STUPID on my part i ask ,"are you all closed "? And the response was yes we close at 9:00 well i walked in there at 9:13 so why in the world did they not imform me they were closed ? Did they just want to see how long id wait? I had worked a 9 hour shift at work ,then went and worked at a barn for 3 hours so i wasnt tired at all, no not in the least bit tired, and standing there looking like and idiot was at the very top of my to do list at 930 last night Well they dont have to worry about taking my order again , i sure wouldn't want to be an inconvenience...

I went in on my lunch break the other day and asked for a tuna sub. I said light pickles and the employee literally grabbed two handfuls of pickles. I asked for extra mayo. She put it on and I said that was good. She then proceeded to walk to the back to grab another bottle (as the one she was using was now empty) she then came back and began to put more mayo on. It's like she did the exact opposite of what I asked for. Other than that, nothing to complain about.....

The sub (steak & cheese was def okay) but the mngr, Heather was great. I had a problem with an order and called to speak with mngr. Heather was great. She made everything better and handled it with professionalism and kindness. Only reason I gave the food four stars was due to Subway, not Heather. The meat was plentiful. Subway doesn't have the highest quality with their meats, simply put. Kudos to the mngr, yet Subway, keep working on your...
