Wendy's — Restaurant in Mocksville

After a glitch in the app which prevented me from pre-ordering happened come through drive-thru to do my large order told to do straight out needed 6 double stack piggybacks where we're going to need one junior bacon bag one crispy bag and a 10-piece nugget I needed one sweet tea one Dr pepper the rest the watermelon lemonade get up to the window spit 25 minutes arguing back and forth with the people telling them no I was only supposed to have this many of such and such etc etc finally after the 25 minutes granite we did get the two extra made bags that they were originally trying to charge us for for free every single drink was wrong but one we ended up getting three of the bags wrong we were not giving a receipt after extensive work was done by the manager to print out pre receipts to make sure that the order was correct before we finally pay for it and she said don't worry I'm going to print an extra one out for me and an extra one out for you after you pay you will also get a second receipt didn't get it caught up there to let her know this was wrong why was it this high and she said without a receipt there's nothing I can do I'm so done with Wendy's and this is on top of being look like we're the worst people in the world is sitting in the Drive-Thru line at the window for 25 minutes while everybody else behind us is waiting asking what the hell pull him up let him come in and do something just to get all...

It’s a dirty diaper in a shiny wrapper!!!! “Mushroom Swiss bacon burger w bacon cheese fries!” 🤷🏼‍♀️😷 I did try to get a grilled Asiago sandwich, but no grilled sandwich existed! Then on my burger I was told they didn’t have my cheese! So they put some other cheese on it! 🤷🏼‍♀️ To start…. Now the girl did try! She was! But at 1st given cold old limp gross fries & asked for new ones. They did. Got home w the meals & I had to throw my $15 meal away! Why why why!!!! Why do I bother! I tried A1! I tried ketchup & mustard! I couldn’t stomach it! This may be my last last last Wendy’s! I could have had chili’s! Cheaper! Made better!!!!! Never again! 98% sure I’ll never go back to ANY Wendy’s! My bacon was raw! Had to microwave it to try and cook it more! The Burger was sour? Gross! Cheese on fries???? What was that hot mess! Wait…cold gew mess! 🤮 I do not know why I try fast food any more! The cheese was centered and awful! Maybe I’m 100% sure! No more Wendy’s! I could have went to an actual restaurant! F me! Yeah! 100% no more!!!!!!!!! Why does any of us try this nostalgia of fast food being good! It’s a dirty diaper in a shiny wrapper! Does anything I have look anything like the advertisement? I went to this Wendy's because it was late in the evening and we hadn't figured out what to do for dinner. I got there about 7pm. They were somewhat busy as far as the drive thru goes, didn't look like there was but one family inside. But the staff looked swamped and stressed. After being asked to pull up for 2 minutes for spicy nuggets, I waited probably about 5 minutes which isn't a huge deal. BUT when I got home and gave the food to my family to eat, not one thing was right with the order. It was a simple order, 3- 4 for $4 Bags, only one with spicy nuggets. We had 1 spicy nugget for the 3 or is, they didn't put regular nuggets in the other 2 bags, totally forgot their nuggets. My burger was cold. And ALL of our drinks were diet when only 1 was supposed to be. I went to give a review on their website but it wanted a receipt for the store number and guess what..... I WAS NEVER GIVEN A RECEIPT!! Location is convenient and the only one in a 20 minute drive from home so I will be back but I will also be CHECKING MY BAG before I leave....
