I joined the Carl's Jr app rewards today, and received a free select item with a purchase. I went into the store with my 15 minute code. I tried to order just a California classic burger which i had seen as an avaliable choice with the reward, with a separate large fries to get the deal. The system wouldn't let them for some reason. We tried multiple times, and the general manager was the main person helping me.
I even allowed her to utilize my phone, where she went through the process in the app to redeem the reward herself. It was obviously something with their system, but she continued to stress that she didn't know what was going on or why it wouldn't go through. Come on, you're the general manager and we've been standing here for ten minutes and you can clearly see I'm not trying to scam the system. The service especially coming from someone in such a high position was horrible.
She suggested I order through the app, and I had to take the now even more time to input my card information for lo and behold, a California classic and a seperate large fry, and it went through immediately. Read moreI haven't posted a review for quite a while, but when I have an experience as good as tonight, I almost feel obligated. After a long day of work, I decided to get a couple cheeseburgers on my way home. The food was fantastic, as usual, but what really stood out was the service! Great customer service in fast food, unfortunately, is hard to come by nowadays. Most cashiers I see have a look on their face like they would rather be ANYWHERE but work. Tonight though, I had the pleasure of experiencing that "old school" service. The cashier was was friendly, patient, and a great listener. I didn't have to repeat myself multiple times, and he got my order down right the first time down to the sauces I asked for. You see, after working an 11 hour shift, something as simple as someone caring enough to take my order for a cheeseburger without sounding miserable or acting like I'm a massive inconvenience to them is appreciated beyond words. Read moreI placed an order for 2 famous stars with cheese and I requested 1 of them with no lettuce. When I got home to eat I seen that both famous stars have no cheese in them. I now came to correct their mistake and then she claims that i requested no cheese on both when i ollnly told her to remove lettuce fro. 1 burger. If she would have gave 1 of them with no cheese then i would have said she heard wrong but she gave both without cheese and then blames for her mistake. I come here everyday and I have never been disrespected like that. She then gave me more attitude as she walks away and then tells her co worker to give me my order. This is not ok in anyway, shape, or form. I can't believe that she is the manager on duty. I ce here every night and I have never had this happen and ita my first time coming in 5 years in the day time.
