I come to this establishment every weekend with my son who is Autistic. He loves the ride and has a thing for trying to be a youtuber and records interactions with people. Today I Unfortunately experienced what most Autism parents experience and needless to say i will not be coming back to this establishment again. I ordered my drinks as usual and pulled up to window to pay not noticing my son had started to record. I understand if there's a policy or uncomfortablity with this but again I have been coming here for years and the lady at the window has helped me previously while he did this no issue and nothing has been stated to me. My son did his normal thing and instead of addressing me as the parent she announced to her whole team that they are recording as if was being malicious. Another worker came to the window and I told her he's Autistic he doesn't understand, worker said nothing turned around. The one who escalated said not one word to me about either being uncomfortable or please stop recording and instead escalated the situation which is unprofessional. A third worker came to hand me the drinks and asked if I got straws to which I stated no because the first worker refuses to speak to me and is ignoring me. I'm disgusted with how this went and honestly have been a long time Starbucks consumer but the way that employee acted today was absolutely distasteful and I will not be coming to this establishment again. I've been trying to speak to the manager of the establishment and of course no where to be found. There's a way to address things and even support policies and none of that was done today. If this establishment has a concern with recording by law it's required to be posted which it's not so nothing was violated but again I understand if there's a uncomfortablity, if...
Read moreI used the drive thru to order 2 Venti caramel ribbon crunch frappe. The girl who took my order was nice & friendly. After leaving I was sitting at the stop light at Briggsmore when I took my first sip and realized my drink was a regular caramel Frappes and not my caramel ribbon crunch. So I made a u-turn and went back to the drive thru and I told the girl I just came through and my order was incorrect. She asked what was wrong and I replied both of my drinks are regular caramel Frappes and not the drinks I ordered. Then she replied, “what’s missing” as if I should know what goes into the drinks, was my thought. She said okay I’ll remake those.. So I pulled around to the window and waited for my new drinks to be made. 5 minutes go by & I’m waiting and watching them laughing & horsing around. Then the guy comes to the window hands me my 2 drinks & says have a nice day. I look at my drinks and you would think after messing up my first order they would want to make the drinks better, especially in appearance. No. Barely any topping which makes some of the flavor to the drink. What really irritates me is the fact I can’t afford Starbucks so this is a treat when I do go & to spend $14:50 for myself and my...
Read moreFirst time here (no where near my first time at a Starbucks) :-) Lovely building and HUGE interior testing. Love the spacious comfy seating area. Outside patio has good room and wonder shade as it DOES get hot in these parts. The staff was pleasant and hustling with a busy customer set inside and a long drive-through line. Every was relaxed and extra nice to the customers. Good first location visit.
This parking is good as this is a solo building at the corner of a big street, but the parking lot around is vast.
Of course the my iced green tea with extra iced was perfect for the day (creeping up to 90 degrees in an hour or two). Thought about eating the Fruit & Cheese Protein pack for lunch but I think they need to rotate the packs out as the apples were browning. Otherwise, there was a good stock of choices and the customer were happy. Sometimes that is all...
